S3 Ep4: The Winning Side?

Macaque is walking through the desert and he opens a silver compass. Macaque has a flashback. Macaque is thrown through a portal by the Mayor and he looks up from the staff to see the Lady Bone Demon."The staff. The city. You've been busy" Macaque says to LBD. "Tell me. What madness overcame you, that you would forsake your oath? When did you decide to betray me?" LBD says. "Listen, Lady Bone Demon" Macaque says.

"Have you forgotten who I am? What I am! I, who returned you to the mortal plane. All in exchange for such a little favor. That when the time came, you would free me, aid in my pursuit of equilibrium. But no. With the first breath of a new life, you rebelled against your fate. Fool" LBD says giving Macaque flashbacks to his fight with Wukong. "So. You want something." Macaque says. "I offer one more chance at redemption. Bring me the Monkey King and his protégé, and perhaps you will be worthy of my mercy" LBD says and gives Macaque a silver compass.

"And this is?" Macaque says. "A compass of sorts. No matter where they flee, this will find them" LBD says. "Convenient. All righty, then. Seems like they've got a bit of headway, so-" Macaque says wanting to leave so he can check on his cubs and take them to their Aunt Change's so they'll be safe. Suddenly chains rise from the ground and pull Macaque down. "What is this?!" Macaque struggles trying to get out of the chains.

"A reminder. It seems you cannot be trusted to willingly follow the path of destiny. But know this. If you betray me again, one misstep, one failure in any way, I will erase the very memory of you. Now, bring them to me, my champion." LBD says. Macaque closes the compass worried about his cubs. "Wukong better be taking care of my cubs or else I swear to the Jade Emperor that I'm going to find a way to kill that monkey whether I get to do it myself or not!" Macaque whisper yells to himself.

"Oh, Monkey King. He's glowing. That's got to be a good sign, right?" Tang says. "That's all he does. Glows and sits around all day 'cause he's got to get his strength back and apparently can't spare five minutes to help pack up camp." Pigsy says angrily then gets stuck under a chair while packing up camp. "Pigsy. You know never to wake up someone from a transcendental meditation." Tang says. "Tang, go get the others. Let's get going." Pigsy says angrily.

"Okay, MK. It's time. Time to look inward. Time to reclaim the power. Time to shout out till the whole world hears --" Mei says. "Here comes Monkie Kid!" Mk says trying to use his powers. "Go MK!" Mei says."You can do it!" Sandy says. "You got this!" Rumble yells from Sandy's shoulder and Savage sits there bored. Mk suddenly farts and Sandy and Mei laugh while Rumble and Savage sit there disgust. "I can't do it." Mk says giving up. "It's all right, MK. You did it before, you'll do it again" Mei says. "Yeah. Maybe it's like Monkey King said. The power will come when you need it most" Sandy says. "Yeah" Rumble agrees.

"But what use am I if I can't be sure my powers are gonna work? And Gold Vision? That's like the baby power. And I can't even do that. I'm not even as good as a baby. So what about 72 transformations, or duplication, or shrinking. Or- how am I meant to fight the Lady Bone Demon?" Mk says upset. "That's why we're going to find those fancy-pantsy rings, yo. Light her up with Samadhi Fire, bing, bang, boom" Mei says. "Hey, you 5, we're leaving!" Tang yells. "Tang, don't just yell, I could do that!" Pigsy yells at Tang. "Oh. We better go" Mk says about to run off. "Wrong way, MK. They already pulled up. Get a move on" Mei says. "Oh. Right. Head in the game, MK" Mk says getting in the van.

"I got a weird feeling about something" Savage says to Rumble. "Is it a bad feeling?" Rumble asks. "Idk? All I know is that it is familiar" Savage responds. "Hey, Pigsy, I'm looking at the map here, and I think -- are we going in the wrong direction?" Mk says looking out the window then at the map.
