~~~~16 Years later~~~~
Somewhere in one of the halls of the palace, a young girl was going through the halls, she had golden blonde hair which touched her waist and had olive green eyes, tiny stary lock of her hair were over her face, she really pictured her mother— she was wearing a snowy skirt as it flares out around the seated royalty is elegant and delicate. The crispness of the golden detailing on the belt, hem of the cloak, wrist guards ,and armbands, the tiny, repeating pattern that covers the blue fabric.
She entered the library— the smell that it was filled with, it reminded her of books,  just for a while find yourself a book and sit at the coziest place you know and savor the book you're reading
She entered the library— the smell that it was filled with, it reminded her of books, just for a while find yourself a book and sit at the coziest place you know and savor the book you're reading.
From one of the shelfs of the library she took out a book, "then she was gone" — she made her way towards one the couches and sat down, she opened the book and started to read it. After a few minutes she heard a door open and heard footsteps, with each passing second the sound of the footsteps increased, the young girl could that those footsteps owner was coming towards her, "Zelda! what are you doing here?!" the owner of the footsteps asked.
"Mother, I just came to read a book after a tiring day." Zelda said.
Lelwella sighed and sat down next to Zelda " I know your tired but you have to give almost every second you to awaken your sacred power."
"But mother, not now, I promise I will give all my time after I finish this book." Zelda said.
"Okay fine" Lelwella said will a tired smile "I was thinking to appoint a knight for you."
"But mother-" before she could say anything a man came and stood next to Lelwella.
"Zelda, didn't I say you to not do anything that a total waste of time?" he asked
"Rhoam, calm down.... she only needed a little time to give herself some peace" Lelwella said "She is just tired of trying to awaken her power."
Rhoam sighed and looked at Zelda "Only 1 hour, understand."
"Y-yes, Father." Zelda stuttered and looked down.
"Let's go, Lelwella." Rhoam said and left with her
"Agh! why can't they understand how hard I try to awaken the sacred power, I'm tired of this." Zelda buried her face into her hands "Just once, please get awakened and all the pressure will go off of my shoulders."
"Maybe they are right, I shouldn't waste my time on reading these sorts of books." she looked at the book on her lap "Well, tomorrow I will go to spring of Power and pray to the goodness to awaken my power....wait, mother won't let me go to that place, it sure is dangerous to go to the Akkala woods alone" she sighed "I wonder kind of knight will she choose for me."
~~~~The next day~~~~

Zelda is heading towards the throne room since her mother has called her there, she wondered why her mother had called her there, maybe she was going to help her awaken her sacred power— the guards opened the doors for her and she made her way towards her mother's throne— as she was getting closer, she saw a young man standing in front of her mother, he had ash blonde hair which were till neck with few locks of hair they tied into a pony, some strands of his hair were over his forehead while we look at them we see his ocean blue eyes which showed determination and bravery— he looked almost as same age as Zelda.

Lelwella saw her daughter and smiled "Oh my dear, come here."

Zelda reached her mother and stood next to her "Who might this be?"

"Well, didn't I tell you I will appoint a knight for you" Lelwella said. "He is the perfect one for you."

"So, he will roam everywhere I go?" Zelda asked.

"Yes, dear." Lelwella replied.

"Okay, mother." Zelda said and looked at him "What's your name?"

"Oh, and he doesn't talk." Lelwella said.

"So, he is a mute." Zelda looked at him.

"No-no, he isn't a mute, it's just um....if you both will get along, you surely will understand why." Lelwella smiled.

"Then how will I talk with him? Zelda asked.

"Don't worry, he is very smart oh and he the one wields the master sword......he will figure out how to communicate with you." Lelwella replied with a sweet smile.

"Okay.....what's his name?" Zelda asked.

"His name is Link" Lelwella replied (A/N: Don't judge the name it's exactly what the name is supposed to be.)

"I see." Zelda said in a low voice— she turned to him "I will be going to the spring of Power, to pray to the goddess so, be ready."

He nodded with a firm look on his face.

~~~At night~~~
Those two sat on there horses and made their way towards the Akkala region— as they were getting near that area, it started to get hot there since Akkala was near the death mountain ( a/n: it's called that since it's surrounded by lava.) They finally reached the entrance of Spring or Power and they could see the goddess statue, they got off their horses, there wasn't any dry land around the goddess so, Zelda went through the chilling water towards the statue, while Link stood in front of the entrance, while guarding the gate just in case someone monsters appeared, he could every word she prayed, how desperate she was to awaken her sacred power.
She stood in front of the statue while her clasped with each other, she looked up at the goddess "I come seeking help regarding this power that has been handed down over time" she said with sorrow in her voice "Prayer will awaken my power to seal Ganon away or so I've been told all my life.....and yet.....Grandmother heard them—the voices from the spirit realm. And mother said her own power would develop within me." she sighed.
"But I don't hear....or feel anything! Father has told me time and time again....he always says "quit wasting your time playing at being a scholar!" Curse you" she slams her hands in the water "I've spent every day of my life dedicated to praying! I have pleaded to the spirits tied to the ancient gods and still the holy powers have proven deaf to my devotion......please just tell me, what is it....? what's wrong with me?!" tears come out of her eyes and roll down her cheeks, she hears the water splashing behind her but she didn't care, after a few seconds she felt two warm hands on her shoulders, she turned around and saw Link standing next to her—giving her a slight smile, he instructed her to get out of the cold water
"NO! I won't until my scared power is awakened." she said.
He gave her a blank expression and shacked his head then gave her a soft look and instructed her to get out again.
Somehow, she decided to listen to him since the water truly was cold and was afraid of she got sick how will she pray "Okay, I will come now." she got out of the water and they went bath to their horses.
