"Babygirl, ya phone." I woke up hearing a phone going off thinking it was mine. I looked at the time and saw it was barely two in the morning. Fatima, who was fast asleep in my arms didn't move shit. "Yo, wake up," I said shaking her.

"Don't 'yo' me, what do you want?" She said with an attitude. "Your phone, somebody callin you." I tell her.

"Answer it or ignore it." She says nuzzling her head into my neck. I smack my lips and leave it alone since it stopped ringing. Right when I closed my eyes, it rang again.

I knew she wasn't going to answer it so I did, "Baby-" I hear. "Yo who this?" I say. "Uh is Marie there?" They asked.

"Yea she sleep, what you need?"

"Who is this?"

"I thought I asked that."

"Just tell her to call me."

"I can't do that without a name bro."

"Chance."

"She not calling you back brody, you can stop trying."

"Man who is this?"

"Her man. Like I said she ain't calling you back. Whatever you got to say to her you can say to me. I'll relay the message."

"Her man? Oh you that broke nigga she be with?"

"I'm far from broke, try again. Even if I was broke, i'm rich as hell having her by my side."

He laughs, "That's corny as hell."

"Do you have something to say to her or what? If not goodbye."

"Just tell her to call me."

I hung up, niggas don't listen. If I said she not calling you, what makes you think she's going to call you? I put her phone back on the nightstand and kiss her forehead before drifting back to sleep.

I woke up around six and had to move a thick ass body off of me just to get up. I swear once we made it official, Babygirl doesn't give me any space to breathe. I mean before, she was on me but not as much. I love it though. I'd rather suffocate than to not have her on me at all.

I went into the bathroom and did my business as well as my hygiene before going into the kitchen to make me and babygirl our pre workout smoothies. I just know her ass is not going to want to get up but she's the one that said we should work out together. When I finished, I woke her up and of course she had an attitude. She hates being awakened but hates if i'll go workout without her, is that girl math?

After a lift and a mile run, we showered and I made breakfast. Fatima sat at the counter with her dusty ass blanket playing some work search on her iPad.

"Oh yea, I forgot to tell you Chance call you." I tell her as I scrambled the eggs.

"For what?"

"He wouldn't tell me, he just told me to tell you to call him."

"Well i'm not doing that."

"I told him that too." Once they finished, I split them between our plates.

"I need to change my number at this point."

"We can get that done today."

"Okay. Uh does it bother you?"

"Does what bother me?"

"Him always calling me."

"No, why would it?"
