In this AU after being introduced to Ellie Light is quite respectful and accidently starts to cause Cassian and Ellie to see him as their son. Of course there is a lot of angst and fluff. If light nearly gets caught of killed the two could become more protective and have a hard time letting him go out and i can also see Light calling them mum or dad on accident and them celebrating it.

Ideas:
Ellie: Cassie and me have a son now
Light: Oh that's really great
Cassian: it's you take these
Hands over some jewels
Ellie: It's tradition for a family's kid to wear jewelry given by their parents in out culture
Light:....What just happened did i just get adopted

Both of them are smiling and look very happy
