apparently I was out for a long time, I woke up inside the cave and just laid there to gather my bearings hearing a periodic clicking sound like if someone was grinding sharp metal against a piece of wood, which was accompanied by the crackling of something echoing in the cavernous cave I appeared to be in, I also heard a steady dripping from the caves ceiling. I smelt the smell of smoke, like a raging campfire was near by, and a warm, savory smell through the air that smelt like Elysium. the ground felt cold, hard and in some places sharp against my whole body, I felt something pressed onto my lip, like someone had been force feeding me a few minutes ago. and finally when I felt like I was in a save environment my eyes would peel open making a crunching sound like they hadn't been opened for days, I saw nothing but black for a few seconds, but then my eyes adjusted to the light. I could see on the ceiling of the cave the glimpse of light from a fire that was clearly nearby, I started to get up but my body felt like it was being ripped apart from the weight of my torso, it took a while to actually get up but I eventually did. I let out a deep groan that resonated through the cave like a choir of bears, to which someone was clearly alarmed because the clicking sound stopped and I heard the sound of wood clatter to the ground.

I quickly launched myself up onto my feet feeling my bracelets slide down my wrists and into my hands and into the form of two sickles. "Identify." I was to the point my voice was grim and tired, like I had just worked a 9 to 5

I caught a glimpse of the Woman in front of me, she had black poufy curly hair cut into a improvised and rushed tapered cut. her face was covered in blood and I could see a deep cut from her eyebrow down her face  across her eye, this had been an injury clearly cured by ambrosia but left her with the scar as if a reminder to be better. she was so pretty, I knew who she was almost immediately because of that way she made me feel, I had butterflies in my stomach. "Nora.." My hands loosened up, and the sickles cluttered to the ground as I lunged forward and wrapped my arms around her resting my head on her shoulder. by all means she was the best person I could ever wake up to and she seemed to be extremely happy that I had woken up, her heart was pounding from what I could hear. I thought I heard her raspy weak voice say "I love you.." but I felt like she would never have said that to me. I wasn't worthy of it and I was clearly hearing things no matter how hard I deeply wished I actually heard it.

I continued to cling to her for what seemed to be hours but eventually she pulled away from me staring me in the eyes, a moment after she started staring into my eyes her eyes widened in horror. "Lily.." she said, "your eyes are glowing.." she said with a confused waver in her voice and now a curious look had spread across her smooth, beautiful face.

My vision was tinted orange again. An apple tree had sprouted up in the middle of the cave suddenly, abundant with apples. I picked one, and the apple immediately grew back in the same place. I heard a deep voice that felt like a knife pressed against my back in my head, but the tone was more like a parent affectionately telling their kid a dad joke. "Looks like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree," he said, which confused me. Nora, however, seemed to be focused on the apple tree that just sprouted inside the cave.

"Demeter? No... Her father is the godly parent... she used vines earlier, maybe Dionysus?" Nora had said out loud, audibly trying to figure out what my godly parent was, right in front of me. It was just then I realized she had been holding the Caduceus the entire time, and it was drenched in blood, particularly on the wings, which were the logical choice to hit people with due to them being sharp. "Priapus? No, you're too strong for that," she added mockingly, towards Priapus, but I was actually glad I wasn't his child. I then noticed Nora looked malnourished and I tossed her an apple, which she caught almost immediately without even looking. my face immediately felt warm, remembering what the man did when he caught Hamilton's apple and imagining her giving me the same look he did to Hamilton. By the time I had stopped day dreaming Nora had eaten the full apple and reached for an apple off the tree branch which bent down as if to make it more accessible for her. she tossed me the apple she picked from the tree, time slowed down and the world tinted orange, I could see the apple flying at me slowly and I remember wanting to catch the apple perfectly to show off or something like that, I felt really nervous I was gonna drop it, my heart was pounding audibly, I reached my arm out slowly to catch the apple and then.. I plucked the apple out of the air the world returning to normal in all accounts other than the fact there was a huge apple tree in the middle of a cave.
