It was a week and a few days later and Becca and I had been shopping for flowers for around four hours now. For some reason she couldn't make up her mind about Lillie's or roses. She suddenly turned around and told me that after this she wanted to go looking for bridesmaids dresses. I froze knowing that what ever I picked out now would not fit me in two months time.
"Ah um .... Bec, ah I need to tell you something" she paused as her fingers brushed over a bunch of orchards.
"What?" She said barely taking her eyes of the beautiful flowers. She was in wedding mode and had been all week.
"I'm ah....um....I'm!" I stopped, shaking my head and looking towards the ground. I couldn't believe that I was more nervous to tell her than I was when I told Jace.
"You what?" She asked still gazing over the flowers.
"I'm......pregnant!" I whispered. Her eyes snapped to me, her mouth open in a massive grin.
"Oh my god!" She screamed. I braced myself as I watched her launch herself at me still grinning like a mad man. She hugged me tightly. "I'm going to be an aunt! Do you realize how spoiled that kid is going to be, Love?"
"Three by the way" I told her grinning.
"What?" confusion in her voice.
"It's three spoiled kids" she pulled back her expression shocked.
"Triplets" she exclaimed loudly. I nodded and watched as she jumped up and down with glee. "You are going to be massive!" she laughed.
"Trust me, I know I already feel like a heffa!" I complained. "I'm so wearing sweatpants to your wedding"
Her expression is one of pure horror. I cracked up laughing and she followed suit. God, it felt good to have my best friend back!

So today was my doctor's appointment. I was waiting in the kitchen of Jace's apartment and had been for the last hour. Jace was working security for some client and was supposed to be home over an hour ago. My appointment was in twenty minutes and Jace still wasn't here. I was about to call him when my phone rang, caller I.D said SATAN.
"Hey baby" Jace said as I answered.
"Don't you hey baby me. I have been waiting for an hour for you! Our doctor's appointment is in twenty minutes!" I growled.
"I'm sorry baby! I'm held up at work. Can't you change the appointment or something?" he asked.
"No I cannot just change the appointment, Doctor Windle is the best in town and she is booked up for weeks. So no I cannot just change the appointment" I snapped.
"I'm sorry, baby" he said.
"Err whatever, do not expect to be getting any tonight!" I replied and was about to hang up when I heard men laughing in the background.
He had me on speaker? Good that's what he got for pissing me off and with that I hung up. I grabbed my hand bag of the counter and left the apartment locking the door behind me.
The doctor's office was packed when I got there. I signed in and sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes before my name was called. I made my way into the exam room. Dr Windle told me to get changed into the hospital gown and then left the room so I could change in privacy.
She came back into the room and a few minutes after and I could hear my babies heart beats through the monitor. I felt my eyes become misty as I watch the babies on the monitor.
"Would you like to know the sex of your babies?" she asked.
"You can tell that?" I asked.
"Yes, I can tell you right now if you want?" she said. I nodded. "Congratulations, two boys and a little girl"
I felt the tears run down my face as I touched my stomach. The doctor patted my shoulder and left me to get changed.
When I got back to the apartment I saw both Jace and Deacon on the couch watching the football. From the sounds of the swearing I knew their team was not winning. I still felt angry at Jace so instead of going straight to him I went to the kitchen and made myself a snack. I found a pack of Cheetos and poured the packet into a bowl and moved into the lounge room. I went to the couch that they weren't siting on and sat down.
I grabbed the remote off the coffee table and flicked the channel just as their team was about to score a touchdown.
"Whaaaaat!" and "Noooo's" immediately sounded in the room I ignored them and reached for some more Cheetos.
"I was watching that, babe" Jace said. I froze with the Cheeto an inch from my mouth and turned looking at him with a glare.
"And that's my queue to leave" Deacon said and jumped up from the couch clapping Jace on the shoulder on his way to the kitchen. "Good luck and I'm still in your will right?"
Jace glared at him and jumped up and punched him in the arm. Jace came over and to the couch I was sitting on and scooted closer to me. I scooted away from him and continued eating my Cheetos.
"I hope you like the couch!" I told him, turning my head back to the TV where Ellen was currently interviewing Ashton Kutcher.
"What? Why?" he asked confused.
"Because that is where you are going to be sleeping for quite some time" I growled.
"Ouch burn" was heard from the kitchen. I rolled my eyes.
"Babe please?" Jace whispered moving closer to me. "I'm sorry I couldn't get out of it, it was important!" he murmured his lips against my neck. I nearly gave in because it felt so good but I fought his charm and stood up grabbing my bowl of Cheetos and moving away from him.
"Watch your stupid football! I'll be in bed with our two sons and daughter" I growled and walked away into our bedroom.
It was hours later and I was drifting to sleep when I felt the bed dip and felt Jace press his chest my back. His arms wrapped around me and his mouth brushed over my neck kissing the soft, sensitive skin there.
"I love you" he whispered. "I'm sorry"
"I love you too" I said sighed sleepily. He lent over and kissed the corner of my smile and I let myself snuggle into him and drift off to sleep with one finally thought on my mind.
God I love this man!
