"Okay so as you all know this is a lot more then just a freindly this is the European championship okay, Alex your the captain so you need to keep your calm" sarina announces in the meeting
"Okay so we have Austria in the opening game at old Trafford as you know then we have Norway in Brighton, then we have Northern Ireland in south Hampton, and the rest are to be decided" sarina says

"Alex as captain do you have anything to say" sarina asks calling me to the front
"Erm all we can do this tournament is give it our best shot I know this is a lot of pressure especially as all the group games have sold out, but don't let the pressure get to you as I know we have the talent in this team to go on and win it but let's not think ahead and all preparations for Wednesday" I say as I sit back down next to less her hand on top of mine which was rested on her thigh
"Okay Also your family's have came and there in the next room" sarina says

"Well said al"alessia whispers as I laugh
"Okay so everyone's your free to go but Alex can I just have a word please" sarina says as I stay behind
"We've been monitoring your anger and we have decided you won't need them sessions for your anger as we have enough trust in you to keep your calm" she says
"Okay thank you sarina" I say as I walk over back to alessia who was talking to her mum
Carol hugs me as I smile before hugging her back
"ALEX" Enzo Luca's son says running to me as I pick him up
"Hello little man how are you" I say resting him on my hip
"Good! Daddy got me a new united shirt!" He says pointing at the badge as I sit down enzo sat on my knee
"West Ham's better" I say laughing

There was an area where little kids could play so enzo and aria run over to make new freinds
"So Alex I never asked what about your family" alessias mum asks as I sigh alessia puts her hand on my leg I put my head down getting asked about my family was hard and I normally broke down but I knew I needed to be strong
"Mum." Alessia says
"You don't have to answer that" less says
"Oh darling I'm sorry you don't have to" alessias mum says
"Erm I just need a minute" I say getting up as alessia looks at me
"You okay" she asks as I nod I walk out the room

I stand outside taking a deep breath as the cold air hits my face I wipe my eyes
Fucking hell just get on with it, I think to myself as I walk back in sitting next to alessia
"Oh Alex I'm so sorry-" her mum says
"Honestly it's okay you didn't know and it don't matter anyways" I say with a smile as I put my arm around alessias back she relaxes into me putting her head on my shoulder

Enzo comes running over again with a toy as he shows me it
"Oh wow that's so cool" I say smiling as I move my hand off alessia to keep him from falling off me
"Oi your hands are warm" alessia says
"You cold?" I say
"It's fucking freezing" less says as I laugh
"Watch out a second mate" I say gently moving Enzo of my lap as I take off my hoodie passing it to alessia as she slides it on
"Smells good" she says as Enzo hugs me and alessia goodbye as Luca his wife kids and alessias parents stay fore a bit longer
Alessia stands up as do i she wraps me in a hug
"Are you okay?" She asks
"Less I'm fine" I say kissing her softly
"Promise me" she says
"Yeah" I say
"Pinky promise me" she says
"I pinky promise you" I say
"I'm gonna go see Beth and her parents okay" I say pressing a kiss to alessias lips as I walk over behind Beth her mum giggles as I make Beth jump
"dickhead" Beth says slapping my arm as I laugh
"Oh Alex how are you!" Her mum says hugging me
"I'm good thanks how are you" I say
"I'm good, a little birdy told me your dating alessia" her mum laughs
"Yeahhhh" I say
"Make sure this one treats you right" she says
June has always been like a mum to me and Beth's whole family was like mine.
"She does she treats me amazing" I say as alessia walks over wrapping her arms around my waist

Instant butterflies

I play it cool as Beth bursts out laughing I roll my eyes
"Your so annoying" I say
"Yeah I agree Beth your so annoying" her mum says as I laugh
"Anyways are you going to introduce me to this beautiful girl" June says clearly on about alessia
"Oh June you already know me" I joke
"Not you alessia" she says
"Well this is alessia my girlfreind and less this is June practically my mum" I say
"Nice to meet you" alessia says hugging June
"It's lovely to meet you aswell I've heard alot about you" June says
"Yeah this one don't shut up about you" Beth says nudging me as I roll my eyes

All the family's leave as we say our goodbyes alessia walks with Ella as I walk with Beth
"Make sure yous work out I haven't seen you this in love since Jill-" Beth says
"Can we not bring up Jill please Beth" I say
"Oh shit yeah of course sorry" she says

I dated Jill roord for about 4 years I was madly in love with her until I walked in on her cheating on me we ended it badly and we used to argue all the time it was toxic and she treated me like shit but I loved her so I couldn't end it.

"Alessias not like that she wouldn't hurt me" I say
"I know she wouldn't but just don't hurt her" Beth says
"I wouldn't I love less more than anything" I say
"Good" Beth says as we soon change the subject
