I wake up as I groan I get changed into my England training kit as I do my hair and wash my face I walk down for treatment as I sit on the bed I get my hamstring wrapped up as I felt a pain there
"Is that it then?" The physio asks
"Yeah" I say
I then head for breakfast as I get granola and a protein bar as I get an orange juice I sit there eating as less Ella Leah and beth come and sit with me I soon finish as I go into the relax room for about half n hour before we head out to training
"Hey are you okay you haven't spoke to any of us today" less says
"Mhm" I say as I walk to help the coaches set up
"Thankyou Alex" they say as I walk over to sarina getting in a circle as the other girls do the same as alessia stand next to me she puts her hand on my back I move it away I needed to concentrate on training this was a hardcore session
"Less I ain't pushing you away we just need to focus" I whisper as she nods
We start with a rondo as I start it he middle I get the ball before then swapping with Ella and going to the edge
"Yes nice work Alex" sarina claps as I then hand out the bibs I throw it at alessias head as she laughs we do some running drills as we were all enjoying ourselves as we stop for a water break as we also finished the session I pick up my bottle as I squirt it at alessia as she screeches
"I'm fucking soaked" she says
"Shit sorry I didn't mean to get you that wet" I say trying not to laugh
"No it's not funny I'm soaked Alex" alessia says as I take off my top leaving me in my sports bra as I chuck alessia mine
Her eyes scan my body as I laugh
"Alright Russo" I say as she takes off hers putting on mine as I walk in
"Where's your top" Beth laughs
"I squirted water all over less and she was drenched so I gave her my top" I shrug as I walk into the lobby as I run to my room I put on a white Nike top and a pair of Nike shorts as I walk down hall as I see alessia still walking up
"Your still coming up" I say laughing
"Follow me" she says as I listen she walks into her room she closes the door behind her
"Do you want a drink" she asks
"Nah I'm alright" I say
"What did you call me here for" I ask
"Becauseee" she says
"Because what lessi" I say as she blushes
she sits on my lap burying her head in my neck as she starts placing small kisses to my neck as my hands slide up the back of her shirt as I start tracing shapes on her back when the door knocks alessia gets off me walking to see who it is it was sarina
"Hey alessia I noticed Amy wasn't in her room as was wondering if you knew where she could be I need a word with her" I hear sarina say
"Oh yeah she's here we was just having a chat" she says as I walk through
"Sorry sarina" I say
"No no your fine I just wanted a word"she says
"We've noticed your anger and frustration and we have offered these one in one session to talk about how your feeling nothings forced unless we notice that anger okay" she says as I nod
"Yeah okay" I say
"Now thankyou for your time" she says as I smile she walks off

We had a gym session so I hear back to my room getting a T-shirt as I then head down into the gym
"I bet you can do push-ups with alessia on your back" Ella says
"I can" I say as I then move onto my knees
"Gowan less" I say as she sits on my back I do push-ups
"Easy" I say as alessia smiles she jumps off my back as I laugh I sit down alessia keeps looking over to me as o sit next to her
"Your staring" less says
"How can I not" I reply as she blushes
"Fuck stop" she says
"Why" I say
"Your turning me on"she whispers

"Yes" she says
"I need you" she says
"Mhmmm" I say as the gym session was soon over we head up alessia drags me into her room as I pin her against the door kissing her roughly as I kiss her neck she lets out a small groan
"Oh god" she says as I go to take her top off
"Are you sure you want this" I ask
"Mhm fuck" she says as I take off her top I move her to the bed as I push her down I kiss her again before then kissing down her neck
"Mmmm" she says as I slide her shorts off I kiss her inner thighs as I feel her whole body tense up
"S-stop" she says as I do instantly she sits up putting her head in her hands
"Less are you okay?" I ask as I hear her cry
"Woah less what's up" I say putting my arm around her
"Nothing nothing" she says getting up putting on leggings and a jumper
"Less talk to me" I say
"Just not ready I'm sorry" she says
"You don't have to be sorry lessi if your not ready you not ready yeah" I say as she nods I hug her as she highs
"Just my ex boyfriend the one everyone thought was nice he was far from nice" less says as I look at her to keep going
"He used to force me and if I didn't he would go mad" she says
"Less im not like that" I say
"Yeah I know but like it just bought a lot of stuff back" she says
"Less if you ever need me to stop just say I won't continue"I say as she burries her head into my chest
"That's also why I don't want to rush things" she says
"Yeah it's okay lessi" I say as I wrap my arms around her
