Instead of being in school right now, where I should be, I find myself outside of an unimpressive two-story house that truly lacks character. A few weeks ago, one of my associates informed me about a property in Toledo, Spain that displays potential signs of human trafficking. After some research, we confirmed our suspicions that the house was indeed a hub for this horrific activity. We created a detailed list of all individuals who frequented the house, hoping that this information could lead us to uncover other similar locations. Our goal and the driving force behind our hard work wasn't simply to gather information but to help those people. Because whether they were young or old, male or female, they mattered. They were someone's daughter, son, cousin, niece, or aunt.

After taking control of the Spanish Mafia, I made the important choice to establish a specialized team that dedicated their time to rescuing individuals that are chained to human trafficking and to eradicate any form of human trafficking we could get ahold of. Thanks to the effort of this team, Spain has become safer. Of course, crime still exists, but it is not as it once was. Under the previous don's reign approximately three to five young girls of varying ages will seriously vanish every few days, many of these disappearing directly due to his actions. No one could do anything against him without proof, not to mention that the majority of the police were bought, and if someone tried to get justice by their own hands, they would often disappear.

Ever since I took control of the streets in Spain these disappearances have been minimized. Most of the police departments now turn a blind eye wherever we're involved. I like to think they do this because somewhere deep inside them they know we're doing the right thing. We still have to look out for the police because there are some who will stop at nothing to put us behind bars.

Which brings me to my current location, with Thiago, Noah, Cassandra, and two of my men. Cas is a thirty-year-old woman now in charge of making sure the girls are rescued and returned to their families if they have any; if not, they are taken to an orphanage, which Cas owns, until they are found a new home. The orphanage is so full of love and color that most of the children there prefer to stay. Thiago and Noah are who I like to call brothers; they have been a constant in my life and are one of the closest things I can consider family. Gael, Daya, and Jimena are in school where I should be; they are the other people who I call family. One thing is for sure: Daya will be pissed the moment she finds out I came on a mission without her. Daya, Gael, Noah, and I are assassins who accept jobs from other mafias, but our loyalties lie with the Spanish Mafia. That's how we get money to support the people we rescue and make sure they have a good shot at starting a new family.

"Ready?" I asked, turning to them.

"Born ready, soru." Thiago responded, giving me a small smile he seems to always give me.

"Sister"

"Can we speed this up? I actually have a life; I have a date with a tall blonde in an hour." Noah said, causing Thiago, Raul, and Jose to snicker. A/N: Jose and Raul are the other two men who work for Luna.
