Not a single word. The only sound you could hear was the clock ticking.

No one speaker for a good minute or two.

AWKWARD

"Family this is Luna, Daya, and Jimena. They are going to be living with us from now on, they are family." Enzo said.

Not a single word.

My mother came running towards me and almost took me to the floor by the impact of the hug. I just patted her back because I honestly didn't know what to do.

I'm not good with hugs.

"My Elia." She muttered before putting her hands on my shoulders and looked at me. A smile formed on her face. "I knew you'd be back." She said before hugging me again.

She took a step back and said, "My name is Ana and it's a pleasure to meet you guys." She said to all three of us.

"Pleasures all mine, my name is Jimena, this is Daya." Jimena said pointing at Daya to her right. "And that's Luna but you guys already know her. Thank you so much for having us. It's a lovely home you have- now I'm just rambling- I'll shut up now." She finished her face all red.

Ana and others chuckled.

"It's okay love, thank you." Ana said with a smile.

"Introduce yourself." Ana said the multiple people still on the stair case staring. "Do you need me to help you guys."

That worked.
