"Hello," Kevin said as he walked in the apartment with some grocery bags.

"Hey."

"Hi," Aminity smiled from Sweet Pea's lap and he waved.

"Hey, babe," Fangs said as he sat on the couch next to Toni, eating a bowl of popcorn. "How was the store?

"I had to go to a couple different places, but I got regular milk, oat milk, almond milk, and two varieties of sugary cereals."

"You're the best, Kev. I'm sorry about all these crazy cravings."

"It's all good."

"Are you okay?" Fangs checked.

"Totally," he said, barely looking at him as he hung up his coat and put away his keys before going and sitting next to his boyfriend.

"Not nervous about the big announcement?"

"Not at all. Why would I be?"

"That looks nice," Aminity said as she walked into the teacher's lounge and saw the plans Veronica had laid out on the table with Archie and Jughead. "Are you remodeling the Pembrooke?"

"Yes indeed. I need changes in my life. Big changes."

"Looks swanky, V," Betty smiled as she walked in.

"Hey," Jughead looked at her.

"Hey," she smiled back.

"Five Musketeers," Cheryl got their attention. "Pray tell, why for have we been summoned?"

"Don't look at me. I just show up when told," Sweet Pea held his hands up as he walked in and took a seat.

"Hey, guys," Kevin said as he, Fangs, and Kevin walked into the lounge. "Thanks for gathering on such short notice. Um, Fangs and I have an announcement to make."

"We're engaged," Fangs smiled brightly. Veronica laughed in joy as the boys smiled.

"Oh my God! That's such good news," Betty smiled.

"Called it," Sweet Pea said, grabbing Aminity's hand and pulling her over.

"But wait, there is more."

"Yeah, we're having a baby," Kevin nodded.

"Guys, that's great."

"Wait, Archie, there's still more. We're having the baby," Kevin tried to explain, motioning towards Toni.

"With me. I'm having our baby."

"We're planning on raising this child together. Just the three of us," Kevin wrapped his arms around both of them.

"Just one big happy, nontraditional family."

"With two of our other best friends living with us," Fangs finished, looking at Sweet Pea and Aminity.

Cheryl's mouth fell open. "What in the actual-"

"Cheryl invited us to the Whyte Wyrm for drinks," Sweet Pea said, leaning in the doorway as Aminity changed out of her police uniform. "Wanna go?"

"Honestly? No. I am ready to introvert with some fuzzy socks and good movie."

"Sweet Pea, Aminity, are you guys going to the Wyrm tonight?" Fangs asked as he walked down the hall.

"I don't know, man. We've all been spread pretty thin lately."

"Then come have a few drinks and relax," he patted him on the shoulder. Sweet Pea chuckled before looking at Aminity.
