-Chapter 4- The Zoo

(All fluff sorry to disappoint but in like 2 chapters I have a smut chapter planned so don't worry) 

Kenma and Kuroo are just sitting in the living room, Kenma is playing with kitten their cat and Kuroo starts thinking of what they could do that day. Kuroo wants to go with Bokuto and Akaashi for sure. He takes out his phone and texts Bokuto.

Kuroo: BROOO want to go out somewhere with me and Kenma you can bring Akaashi

Bokuto: HEY HEY HEYYYY sure broo I will ask Agashi where are we going?

Kuroo: I don't know where you want to go.

Bokuto: The zoo?

Kuroo: Hmmm? sure why not I'll tell Kenma. See you at in about 2 hours??

Bokuto: For sure!! Bye bro

Kuroo: Bye bro

Kuroo turns off his phone and puts it in his pocket and looks a Kenma, Kenma is still playing with kitten and smiling, Kenmas smiles is so pretty Kuroo thought "Ken-ken" Kenma looks up and Kuroo shaking still shaking the stick with the feather on it so kitten can try to get it "What" Kenma replied "Wanna go to the zoo with Bokuto and Akaashi?" Kuroo put is elbow on his knee and rested his chin on his hand "Um sure what time" Kuroo smiled "Like 2 hours" Kenma nodded his head in agreement "Ok". -One hour later- Kenma and Kuroo had just taken a shower and were getting ready for the zoo. "Can we bring kitten?" Kuroo put on his shirt and looked at Kenma "Um I don't think we can, but I can look it up" Kuroo looks up if cats are allowed into the zoo their going to "It says yea, but she can't go into the petting zoo or anywhere she can make contact with the animals." Kenma smiles "Can we? I can put her harness on" Kuroo nodded, and they were walking out of their bedroom to the living room to get kitten. Kenma grabbed kitten and put her harness on and grabbed her leash and hooked it on. They walked put their shoes on and walked to the car and were driving to meet Bokuto and Akaashi at the zoo. They arrive at the zoo, Kuroo tries to find a parking spot. After a while Kuroo finally found a parking spot, he parked, and they got out Kenma was walking kitten to the entrance of the zoo. They bought their zoo tickets and when they were walking to a bench "BROOO" Bokuto was waving Kuroo down "BROOO" Kuroo walks over to Bokuto and Akaashi and they meet halfway. They do their little handshake and Kenma and Akaashi greet each other. "You got a cat?" Bokuto wiped his head around to see the cat after Akaashi said that and looked at kitten "OH.MY.GOODNESS" Bokuto shrieks in excitement and a little too quickly tried petting kitten, kitten jumped back and hissed at Bokuto "AWW she doesn't like meee" Bokuto was about to go emo mode then Akaashi spoke up "Bo, you just scared her try petting her slowly and nicely" Bokuto did as told and kitten let him pet her.

They were walking around the zoo and were feeding the giraffes, Akaashi was holding his hand out with the food, Kenma was doing the same, Kuroo was holding kitten and kitten was on her leash, Bokuto was trying to get giraffe food out of the jammed machine even though there was a good one right next to the jammed one. "Agashi!!! I can't turn the handleeeee!" the giraffe already ate the food and Akaashi was walking towards Bokuto while rubbing his hands with hand sanitizer (Gotta stay clean after a giraffe licks you hand lol) "Bo they're its jammed and there is a good one right there" He points to the one right next to the one they were at. Bokuto puts the coin in the other machine and turns it and food comes out "OH! Thanks, Agashi!" Bokuto grabs the giraffe food and stand up straight, he gives Akaashi a peck on the lips as another thank you and walks over to feed the giraffes. They left the giraffes to go to the restaurant they had at the zoo because they all agreed they were hungry. (I'm kind of hungry to ngl) They Walk in, they were seated at a table for four and waited for the waiter to come and take their order. Kitten is on Kenma's lap and Kenma and Akaashi are both petting Kitten and Bokuto and Kuroo are being Bokuto and Kuroo. The waiter walks up to the table and asks for their order Kuroo goes first "Just a ramen and Ocean bomb sparkling water" (Btw idfk what ocean bomb sparkling water is I looked up soda in Japan and I saw that so bear with me lmao) then Akaashi orders "Another ramen and melon soda please" then Kenma "Same as his" Kenma points to Akaashi, then last Bokuto "Another ramen and Kirin milk tea please" the waiter nods and leaves to the kitchen. "Hey babe can we go see those big cats next" Kenma asks Kuroo "You mean the lions?" Kuroo laughs and Bokuto joins in and Kenma pouts "Yes I mean the lions shut up" Kenma glares at both of them "Yes ken-ken we can go see the 'big cats'" Kuroo quotes the big cats and Kenma just pouts more "Stop pouting ken-ken" Kenma doesn't stop pouting, Kuroo kisses Kenma's pout right off of his face. When Kuroo pulls away Kenma looks away and blushes despite them being together for a while now "Aw ken-ken your so cute" Kenma glares at Kuroo "Stopppp it" 

It's been about 3 hours since they got to the zoo, and they were looking at the lions or what Kenma calls them "Big cats". Kenma was walking Kitten and admiring the lions Kuroo swore he could see stars in his eyes. Kenma was so fascinated he didn't notice Kuroo take the leash form Kenma "Ken-ken?" No reply "Ken-kennn" Still got no reply, Kuroo waved his hands in front of Kenmas face "Oh- sorry I spaced out on the big cat" Kuroo laughed a little "I know, well Bokuto and Akaashi want to go see the owls and there is a walk-in safari thing with the owls, but Kitten can't go in" Kenma thought for a moment "You just go and I'll wait at the exit for you guys with Kitten I don't really mind not seeing the owls or you go and then I can go after you?" Kuroo nodded and started speed walking to catch up with Akaashi and Bokuto, they had already started walking towards the owl walk-in safari. Kuroo, Bokuto, and Akaashi had already went in, Kenma was waiting at the exit with kitten. Kuroo walked out first "Ken-ken you can go now Bokuto and Akaashi are still at the beginning Bokuto is admiring an owl that he thinks looks like Akaashi" Kuroo puts his hand out for the leash, Kenma hands him the leash and laughs, nods then walk towards the entrance of the walk-in safari. He enters and he already sees and can clearly hear Bokuto. Kenma walked towards Bokuto and Akaashi and saw what Kuroo meant there really was an owl that looked like Akaashi. Soon after they walked out, and Kenma took kitten from Kuroo.

They were there for about 5 hours, and it was only 1pm and they still had till 6pm they were leaving around 3:30 so they still had about 3 hours left at the zoo. They were walking around Akaashi was on Bokutos back because a little while earlier he got a leg cramp and it hurt to walk. Kenma had his arms wrapped around Kuroos left arm and was leaning his head on his arm his eyes half lidded "Hey ken-ken are you ok?" Kuroo asked curiously "Yea I'm just tired" Kuroo thought for a moment but then got an idea "Hold up Bokuto" Kuroo called out to Bokuto, he stopped walking and waited for Kuroo, he turned his back to Kenma "Get on" Kenma complied and jumped onto Kuroos back. Kuroo made sure Kenma was secure on his back "If you tired just take a little nap, we can stop back at the restaurant in a little bit, and you can get a drink and nap some more their ok baby?" Kenma nodded and laid his head down on Kuroos shoulder and wrapped his arms around him. A little while later Kenma was lightly shaking Kenma awake "Were here baby order a drink please" Kenma rubbed his eyes and looked at Kuroo "Just get me a pink lemonade please" Kenma then wrapped his arms around Kuroos right arm and laid his head comfortably on Kuroos arm and fell back asleep. He woke up to Kuroo caressing his cheek whispering "wake up baby you drink is here" (OMFG KUROO IS SO FUCKING SWEET LIKE I WANT HIM NGL...but on the other hand ken-ken needs him more than I do so you can have him ig Kenma) Kenma rubbed his eyes and grabbed his drink and took a sip "Were is kitten?" Kenma looked around still half asleep "Right here" Bokuto said pointing at his lap, Kenma assumed she was on his lap "Oh ok" Kenma took another sip of his drink and leaned against Kuroo. It was 3:24 and the four were heading to the exit of the zoo "BYE BRO!!" Bokuto yelled even though they had only just separated "BYE BRO!!" Kuroo frantically waved at Bokuto, Kenma and Akaashi just waved, and they parted ways and walked to their vehicles. Kenma got in the passenger seat, buckled up and put kitten in his lap Kuroo was buckled in the driver seat before he started the car, he looked at Kenma "Thank you for coming today baby I hope you had fun" Kenma looked up at Kuroo and Kuroo put his hand on Kenma's thigh and caressed it affectionally "I did, thank you for taking me baby" they both leaned in and gave each other a loving kiss but when Kenma pulled away Kuroo pulled Kenma back into another one then another and another they were just love kisses though. Kuroo started peppering Kenma with kisses on every part of his lips then the last one was a little more intimate but after that last one he said, "I love you baby" and started the car, Kenma smiled and answered, "I love you to" Kuroo had one hand on the steering wheel and the other one holding Kenma's hand rubbing it affectionally "I'm glad you had fun ken-ken" Kenma was petting kitten with his right hand as his left was holding Kuroos hand "I'm glad you took me today I really did have fun" the two just stayed silent the rest of the ride home, not like an awkward silence just a normal, comfortable silence. They had arrived home and were already inside laying on their bed Kenma and kitten were sure exhausted. Kenma had taken a shower with Kuroo when they got home, Kenma was in one of Kuroo big black baggy shirts and boxers and Kuroo was just wearing grey sweats. They were both cuddled up Kenma on top of Kuroo falling asleep on Kuroos chest and Kuroo had his arms wrapped around Kenma and was also falling asleep. Kitten was on her cat tree grooming herself. "I really love you Ken-ken" Kenma looked up and answer with a big half-asleep smile "I really love you to". They both soon fell asleep in each other's embrace.
