The night grew younger while the stars failed to keep themselves up in the sky. Morning came around to soon, with the early sunrise blazing through her blinds, Felicity slammed her head into the pillow facing away from the window.

It was far too early for this.

Roger was lay on his back an arm underneath Fliss' neck from where she had fallen asleep leaning against his chest. No doubt he had a dead arm from the weight of her head, not that Roger would complain.

Fliss glanced over at her clock, 6 am. She let out a soft huff and groaned slightly, bringing her hands up to rub her eyelids like it would make time go slower. She had a 7 am start, an open shift at the bar which Felicity absolutely despises. She was not a morning person, even moreso having to work that early was like a death sentence.

She slowly tried to remove herself from the tangle of bedsheets. He was a light sleeper, god knows why considering how much he did sleep. Fliss still didn't want to wake the drummer. She was wearing one of Roger's t-shirts that he'd left behind a few nights beforehand. It still smelt of his cologne despite being three days unworn. Fliss got to the edge of the bed via crawling, she was about to swing her legs around when a hand managed a tight grasp on one of her ankles.

Fliss squealed as her foot was released. Two hands grabbed about her waist, rolling her over onto her back so Roger Meddows Taylor was in full veiw. His hair was ruffled a little, and his eyes squinting softly from the sun blaring through her blinds. A cheeky smirk tugged at his puffy cheeks as Roger sat up against the headboard. Completely shirtless and revealing the inset carving of his torso.

Fliss pushed herself up from the bed and kneeled over to Roger.

"Where are you going." Roger asked and stroked a few strands of hair behind her ear.

"Shower." Fliss replied smiling up at the blond.

"M, you need one." Roger joked and turned his nose up.

Fliss grabbed a nearby pillow and batted him with it. Landing perfectly on his face. Roger immediately swiped it out of the way and thrust himself out of his upright sitting position. He wrestled Fliss back onto the sheets so he was knelt over the bassist.

Fliss giggled as her wrists were held down and Meddows was planting soft kisses all over her cheeks. He went all over until he landed on her lips and Felicity joined in.

Rog finally let go of her wrists, allowing Felicity to wrap her hands about his neck.

"Mhm." Fliss began and withdrew, she cupped his face that was hovering before her own. "I really do need to go. I'll miss the train for work."

"If I drop you off will that give us more time?"

Felicity sat up and Roger moved backwards, his hand guiding behind her waist.

"Nope, I'll be late on the train. But you'll get me there on time." Felicity winked.

She left Roger to help himself to some breakfast, Brian was already pottering about the kitchen. When Rog entered the threshold she heard them high five eachother and Brian give off a manly whoop. Felicity giggled to herself and shook her head when she entered the bathroom. No doubt Jackie was out already for the train to get to the city centre where her job was located.

Fliss was quick in the shower knowing she'd have to dry her hair and pin it back in a flattering updo for work. Something that still stirred the baby hairs away from her face.

She threw on her black work pencil skirt and a plain black blouse that had her name sewn on in cursive gold lettering. It was humorous to watch the drunks after their last served pint try and decipher the curly writing.
