Making A Decision

After some time an elderly woman walked towards my table.
"What is a young girl like you doing out on the streets at this time of the day?" She asked. Making a life-changing decision of course. "Waiting for someone." I lied. "Well I don't think your friend's coming any time soon, you should probably head on home." The old lady looked extremely tired. "I could help out here if you'd like, it's not like I have anything better to do." I kindly offered. "Are you sure?" She raised an eyebrow. "Yeah." I said, barely audible.
After i helped the old lady whose name I found out was Susan, I made my decision. I can't go back to uncle Bud now. So I'm doing the only other logical thing. I'm going to fake my own death... JUST KIDDING! I decided to go to the Mystery Shack, I'll go back to uncle Bud's tomorrow.

**** TIME SKIP****(20 MINS)

I walked up to the door and knocked. Mabel opened the door for me. "Hello Anna-Lee!" She greeted a bit too optimistic. "Hey Mabel..." I replied. "Why are you here this time of night?" She asked rubbing her eyes. "Uhm, there was a bit of a crisis... Can I please sleep here tonight?" I lied. "Yeah sure, let's just go tell Stan." Mabel smiled and led me inside.
Mabel suggested we watch a movie. I was in charge of getting blankets and popcorn. Awkward. I barely know the people and now I'm using their microwave. They must think I'm the one high on acid...
Mabel wanted to watch a RomCom and Dipper suggested a Horror.
