Jisoo's POV:

"Okay, mom. Say hello to dad and Hyunjin for me. Bye now." "Bye, honey." I was just in our kitchen when my daughter, Lia, called. She just dropped horrible news that Minho's plane crashed. I hope he's okay, and that he heals quickly. I need to tell Jin about this. "Babe! Come here!" I screamed. "What is it, honey?" He stood beside me, and asked. "Lia called, and she told me Minho is hospitalized in Italy." I said. "What? Why? What happened?" He asked, puzzled. "He was on his way to Canada for a business trip, but his plane crashed in Italy. Lia is going there tomorrow." I told him the rest of the story. "That's terrible. What about Haneul? Will he go there too?" He asked. "I thought that too, but he'll be staying in Seoul. Don't worry, Yeji will take care of him." I put my hand on his shoulder. "Alright. I can calm down now, knowing Haneul's in good hands." He smiled. We're very close with Yeji and her family. She was friends with Lia since they were in middle school, but they moved to Seoul after a few years. They still kept in contact, and I'm really glad they did. I'm grateful that Lia had such good friends. A lot of kids these days always have problems with friend groups, some don't even have one, but I know that we can trust Yeji. We consider her as family. "Mom, what's for dinner?" Hyunjin came in the kitchen. "What do you want? I don't know what to cook yet." I chuckled. That boy is always so hungry. He eats all the time, but he never seems to gain weight. "I don't know either." Hyunjin laughed. "You know what? I'm going to cook. I'll make you guys the best kimchi stew you've ever tasted." Jin held his head high. The three of us laughed together. Not going to lie, he's a much better cook than me. He's a chef, so it's very obvious that he can cook very well. He has his own restaurant! Why would I be better than that? But don't tell him anything I said, he's going to show it off his employees if you do. "Alright, alright. You cook. You are the chef here aren't you?" I smiled. Dang, I can't believe I married a guy like this. Handsome, check. Has a great sense of humor, check. Loves his family, check. Can cook, check. The full package! "I know, I'm amazing! I'm a good cook, and I'm handsome!" He said, flexing his face. He calls himself 'World Wide Handsome'. Honestly, I agree. Anyway, enough with my husband. I want to relax, and watch some TV shows. I was on my way to our living room, but I came across a framed certificate. It's the second most important document I own, next to our marriage certificate of course. It's Hyunjin's adoption paper. We came across our town orphanage, and we saw him. The care takers told us that he lost his parents due to a car accident when he was 3. He had no other family, so he ended up at the orphanage. We adopted him when he was 8. I remember him jumping up and down in excitement once we told him we were going to adopt him. Hyunjin and Lia were the same age, so they got along well. He didn't get along with other kids though, he told us he was uncomfortable with making friends, so he was homeschooled. He went to a public high school once he was comfortable enough. He was pretty famous at school, and he had lots of friends, so we were happy that he was enjoying his time at school. He achieved so many awards as well since he was a smart child. Now he's an art teacher at an elementary school here in Daejeon. I will never get sick of telling him how proud we are of him. "Staring at my certificate again, huh mom?" Hyunjin stood beside me. "You know I will always admire that. I don't care if it's just a piece of paper, it proves that you are now our son." I look at him. "Awww, mom." He reached in and hugged me. "I'll always love you, my sweet little boy." I kiss his head. "Hey, why are you two having a group hug without me?" Jin had his hands on his hips. "You are so dramatic! Come here while the hug still lasts." I rolled my eyes playfully. Jin's eyes beamed up and ran to hug us. "You know I love you guys, but dad, I can't breathe." We laughed at Hyunjin's statement. We broke apart from the hug, Hyunjin and I went to our living room, and Jin went back to the kitchen. Finally, time to watch some TV. "Good afternoon, everyone! Welcome back to your favorite dating show, Love Island! We have a special guest that will be revealed later, so stay tuned!" Love Island played on the television. "Speaking of Love Island, why don't you get a girlfriend Hyunjin?" I turned my head towards him. "I already told you mom, I don't have time for a partner." He replied. "You know, your mother's right. You're 26 already, you aren't getting any younger. And besides, we want more grandkids!" Jin popped up in the living room. Maybe he's done cooking. "Even if I wanted a girlfriend, why would they date me? Almost every woman I know in this town are either married or old. No in between." Hyunjin argued. He can be a bit stubborn sometimes. "Why don't you move to Seoul with your sister then? Maybe you'll find love there. Oh! Maybe Lia can introduce you to some girls!" I smiled at the idea. "She has a family of her own, I don't want to interfere with that. And what about you? You aren't getting any younger either. Who would take care of you if I went to Seoul?" Why can't he just give it a try? "We'll be fine. My brother's close to our house, remember? He and his family could easily help us whenever we need them, but even if they weren't here, we could take care of ourselves." Jin said. "He's right. We don't want you to grow up alone, sweetie." I added. "Ugh, fine." Hyunjin finally agreed. "Yes! We'll wait for grandkids!" I said excitedly. "Geez, I haven't even found a girl yet, and you're already waiting for grandchildren. But where will I stay? I don't know anyone in Seoul besides Lia." Hyunjin shrugged his shoulders. "Doesn't Jeongin live in Seoul? Maybe you can ask him for a place to stay." Jin answered Hyunjin's question. "Oh, yeah. He does live there. I really can't change your mind, can I?" Hyunjin chuckled. "Nope. Now go pack. If you want to find a girl, you must go there quickly." I instructed him. "Okay." He sighed as he went to his room to pack.

Hyunjin's POV:

I went to my room after that whole girlfriend conversation with my parents. They really won't give up the idea of me getting a girlfriend. They even want me to live with Jeongin! He's my high school best friend, but like my dad said, he moved to Seoul once he graduated college. I can't believe I'm doing this. I guess it's now or never. I grabbed my phone from my pocket, and dialed Jeongin's number. "Hey, bro! What's up?" He quickly picked up. "My parents want me to live with you so that I'll find a girlfriend there in Seoul." I said, straight to the point. "Whoa, they really want you to get a partner that much?" He chuckled. "Apparently, yeah." I chuckled as well. "Alright. I'm cool with you living in my apartment. I live alone, so I guess you could squeeze yourself in my living room." He said laughing. "Thanks a lot, dude. I'll go there tomorrow afternoon." I replied. "Okay, I have to go now. My boss is going to kill me if I don't finish my job." "Alright. Bye." With that, he hung up the phone. Well, at least I have a place to stay in now.
