Mysterious person

Taichi, Hayato and Goshiki had already passed out.  Tendo was flirting with Ushijima and Semi was feeling nauseous. Semi excused himself to go to the toilet, but he ended up walking outside of his house because he was feeling dizzy and drunk. He grabbed a trash can in his front yard and vomited in it. Someone passed by, managing to catch what had happened.

"Dude are you okay?" the concerned familiar voice asked.

Semi looked up. He couldn't make up on who it was, his world was spinning. He showed a thumbs up but vomited even more into the trash can. The mysterious person facepalmed and guided him back into his house. The house was dimly lit, due to it being in the middle of the night. It was to prevent cops from investigating the loud commotion in Semi's house. The mysterious person couldn't see anything, so he or she had to rely on his guts to go to the living room. The person grabbed an air conditioner controller and turned the AC on. It was to let the cool breeze relieve the distress in Semi's stomach. The person also took a nearby glass of water and chugged it into Semi's throat. Semi was in such a vulnerable state. He was going to pass out in a few minutes, according to the person.

The person gazed softly at Semi and smirked. He also saw a picture frame that was on the coffee table. He picked it up and stared at it. He looked back at Semi and beamed lovingly. That was a side of him that no one ever saw. He was usually introverted and never smiled often. After staring at the picture for a few minutes, he put the photo frame down. He stood up and leaned to give Semi a kiss on the forehead.

"Take care of your ass, alright? I'll see-" the person said. The rest of the sentence could not be heard because Semi passed out in the middle of it.

Wait, did the person just kiss him? On the forehead?
