If I could go back to my years in Trixstar Academy, I would have not caused the biggest war in Pardea. Two of the most powerful creatures that roamed Pardea were causing such a bloody mess and it was all my fault. But alas, that was not possible even for a fairy like me. My name is Kiera Nightshade and I'm a fairy princess. And no, we do not have blond hair fastened into pigtails with split ends, missing teeth, or wearing a pink tutu. No, fairies are more fashionable than that. For example, I have straight black hair, sea-green eyes, and trust me, no fairy would wear such an ugly tutu. In the school that I go to, we all wear the same uniform except we have different color neckties. The academy uniform consists of a white buttoned up shirt, a necktie, a light brown jacket over the shirt, and for the female students, we have a pleated flannel skort that matches the color of our ties. Meanwhile the boys get to wear pleated black pants. My necktie is maroon red which represents the Foryl class or the Fairy class. The Andels (angels) class wear silver, Witerdal (wizards) wear dark brown, and Drilts (knights) wear orange.
My three friends are from every class except for Foryl because I'm the fairy. My bestie, Abigail Blackthorn, is an angel, my "brother," Derek, is a wizard and my boyfriend, Russel, is a knight. Our group name is DARK, not only because our initials spell it out, but something about all of us is different. I'm a dark fairy which means I don't make things, I kind of destroy them. If you stab me in the back, I would never forgive you. Years later, when you forget all about me, I strike so fast that you don't know what happened.
Abigail is a fallen angel and has a black ivy halo above her platinum blond hair. If you think that she is one of those dumb blondes, then you are totally wrong. Her nordic eyes will calculate your every move and there is a big reason why she earned the title of being a fallen angel. She doesn't belong in heaven like the other angels, not only because she stole every single angel's halo once, but also because her whole family has been descendents of the most known fallen angel.
Derek is, how do I say this, um, mad. He experiments on really dangerous stuff but they always turn out to be perfect for anything you want. He is a maniac and can make any known potion in Pardea. But almost every single girl has a crush on him because he is handsome. His chocolate hair is always styled in the latest trend and his smile makes girls faint. Literally. I saw a girl faint after taking a glance at his smile. His hazel eyes have golden flakes on it and if I hear a girl mentioning that about it again, I think I'm going to strangle Derek and take the gold flecks out of his eyes.
Russel is my boyfriend and he is pretty close to perfect. His red eyes are so entrancing and it matches perfectly with his ash gray hair. He is a great knight but according to his royal family, he is a disappointment. Yep he is the elven prince and all of the elven royal family are great warriors. Apparently, he is not good enough for them, but oh well. I love him and that is all there is to know. There is always one girl who stares at him, but when he puts his arm over my shoulder, she stops.
