what do you see
when you stare into your own eyes?
do you see the sinister in your smile?
do you see the lines where your evil has aged you,
the creases that match all the wrong paths you let take you?
if you widen them more would the whites of your eyes expose every one of your little white lies?
and if i follow red line to the center of your mind
would love be able to save us from us,
or have we already failed and run out of time?
