Taken captive! On a supply delivery in the Outer Rim, Jedi Master Kaya Tomoe and Padawan Talion Vizsla are ambushed by a Seperatist fleet. Forced to make a quick get away, they make an altered hyperspace jump. However, the damage from the battle causes the Republic flagship to lose control and the crew must escape via escape pods. We now find our heroes stranded on the sand covered planet of Tatooine; being taken by a group of Tusken Raiders to an unknown location...

(????)

Pure blackness makes up the scene, but as the seconds tick by voices are faintly heard.

???: A son.

???: Run!

???: I challenge you!

???: (softly) Who are you?

The voices become clearer and clearer until the scene goes to complete silence. A strange humming is heard, not long after a harsh voice says sneeringly.

???: (sneeringly) May your death benefit all beings.

(Tatooine)

Talion is jolted awake from his dream. The young Jedi takes in his surroundings atop the bantha, he sees that his group is approaching a canyon of smooth rock walls with light brown and orange colorations.

Kaya: Talion? (the teenager looks over to her) Are you alright?

Talion: (nods) I'm alright, Master. Just a... strange dream.

Pat groans in frustration as he wakes up to see that they're all still being held prisoners by Tusken Raiders.

Pat: Are we there yet?

R8 beeps, asking the same thing as he is jostled around by the movement of the bantha he's tied to.

Talion: (sigh) No, Pat. I don't think we're there yet.

Pat: (groans and glares at the Sand People) Where are they taking us anyway?

Talion: They said that they will be taking us to their village but we will remain prisoners until they are completely sure we won't prove to be their enemies.

Pat: (questions) I thought you convinced them already?

Kaya: Talion only gave the Raiders a good first impression and assurance that, at the very least, he can understand them. As for if they will fully believe us as trustworthy remains to be seen. Hopefully, they will come to see us as no threat and help lead us towards civilization.

Pat: (finishes) And then we can contact the Republic.

Talion: Exactly.

(Timeskip)

As they continue their traveling, day slowly turns to dusk and the sky changes into colors of orange and yellow. The sight of the binary sunset was one Talion felt a sense of awe and assurance; feeling as though despite the current state of the galaxy there were still vibrant sights to behold. The moans of the banthas bring his attention back to his predicament and he sighs unenthusiastically. He begins to feel drowsiness creep up on him when without warning he is jolted to awareness by the sound of distant war cries. While the members of Talion's group are trying to identify who or what made those sounds the Tuskens command their banthas to halt.

For a moment there is silence. Only the sounds of the banthas and the chilling wind reverberate in the desert air. Everyone holds their breath as they listen for any approaching force. Gradually, audible, rapid stomping is heard and by the sound of it there is a large group approaching. In an instant a small warband of other Tusken Raiders riding on Cu-pa, the distant cousins of Tauntauns, come charging over a nearby sand dune.
