~No one's POV~

The fluorescent lights buzzed softly above, casting a sterile glow over the hospital room. Y/n lay motionless on the bed, her chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm, the only sign of life. The machines around her hummed and beeped in a synchronized chorus, marking two weeks since she had slipped into a coma.

Paige sat by Y/n's bedside, her fingers gently intertwined with Y/n's limp hand. Her eyes were red-rimmed from lack of sleep and constant worry. She had been there every day, refusing to leave Y/n's side for more than a few hours at a time. The nurses had come to recognize her as a fixture in the room, offering sympathetic smiles and words of encouragement.

"Hey, Y/n," Paige whispered, her voice cracking slightly. "It's me, Paige, again. I miss you so much. Everyone misses you."

She paused, taking a deep breath to steady herself. "The team came by earlier. Coach said they're all rooting for you. They need you back, Y/n. We all do."

As if on cue, the door to the room creaked open, and three of Y/n's teammates walked in, followed by Geno. They moved quietly, their faces somber but hopeful.

"Hey, Bueckers," Coach Geno greeted softly, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "How's she doing today?"

Paige looked up, her eyes filled with a mixture of hope and despair. "No change, Coach. But I'm not giving up. She'll wake up. I know she will."

Nika stepped forward, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "Hey, Y/n," she said, her voice trembling. "It's Nika. We had practice today, and it wasn't the same without you. We need our favorite freshmen back."

Azzi nodded in agreement. "Yeah, Y/n. We miss your energy, your presence. The court feels empty without you."

Coach Geno cleared his throat, trying to maintain his composure. "Y/n, we have a big game coming up. The Huskies need you, even if you can't play for a while. But more importantly, we need you to come back to us. You're a fighter, and I know you won't give up."

Paige squeezed Y/n's hand a little tighter, willing her to respond. "Did you hear that, Y/n? Everyone's here for you. We're all waiting for you to wake up."

The room fell silent for a moment, the only sounds being the rhythmic beeping of the heart monitor and the soft hum of there ventilator. Paige closed her eyes, a single tear escaping down her cheek.

KK broke the silence, her voice barely above a whisper. "Remember that time we beat South Carolina last month? You gave that amazing speech that got us all fired up, then you hit the game winning shot. We need you back, Y/n. We need you to be with us again."

Ice Brady added, "And remember the prank war we had with the guys' team? You came up with the best pranks. No one can make us laugh like you do."

Paige managed a small smile, her heart aching with the memories. "Y/n, you're the strongest person I know. You've always been there for us, for me. Now it's our turn to be here for you."

Geno nodded, his voice firm but gentle. "We're not giving up on you, Y/n. You've got a whole team, a whole family, waiting for you to come back. Take your time, but know that we're here, every step of the way."

The teammates exchanged glances, their resolve strengthening. They knew that Y/n was a fighter, and they were determined to be there for her, no matter how long it took.

Paige leaned in closer, her lips brushing Y/n's ear. "I love you, Y/n. Please come back to me. I can't do this without you."

The room fell silent once more, the weight of their words hanging in the air. Paige continued to hold Y/n's hand, her heart filled with a mixture of hope and fear. She knew that the road ahead would be difficult, but she also knew that she wasn't alone. Together, they would face whatever challenges lay ahead, united in their love and determination.
