"I have done some research on the Nightmares Fang. He indeed was a Dreamchaser but around 18 years ago he disappeared from the Night Bureaus lists, just to reappear in the report of an attack, as the attacker about 6 years later. After that there wasn't much about him anymore and the name Night Hunter made its appearance in more and more reports. Until 8 years ago when the Nightmares Fang disappeared forever." Mateo heard Mr. Oz saying to the others while getting out of his bed on the landing. "Hey Mateo! Guys, look who decided to join us. What was so important that you had to ditch us, bro?" Logan asked Mateo, who was now with them. 

"I got the chance to be.. in.. Megan's dream... And I understand why she is like this now... We have to find James. He was her father but he disappeared a couple years ago." "Wait... Imma throw the most random theory in here now. What if her father is the Nightmares Fang? The Night Hunter said that he only wanted to protect those he loved. Maybe he wanted to protect Megan but something went wrong? And now he is the one that needs help?" Everyone looked at Izzie confused. "Or he was just a normal guy?" Cooper then said in disbelief for Izzie's theory. "Yeah... Izz, you have to stop watching so much anime." Mateo told her and laughed. 

"We have to stay focused on our mission. As interesting as this is, we have to find the sandman and repair Lunia's hourglass! After that we can get to this again, I promise." Mr. Oz reminded them. "Have you guys figured out this shell thing that Kacy said?" Mateo asked Cooper who replied with the shake of his head. "As much as I try I don't get any smarter about this..." "Maybe we have to look at it from a different perspective." Izzie suddenly said and took the necklace. She held it onto her ear but didn't seem to hear anything. She held it in front of her and looked at it confused. She shook it and Mr. Oz was just about to tell her to stop when suddenly glowing bulbs appeared in the air around her.

"Izzie... I think you figured it out!" Mr. Oz sounded very happy and immediately brought out a camera to take photos of it. Logan then walked over to Mateo and Cooper and leaned on them "Now that we got that, how about we try to solve the mysterious disappearance of the Nightmares Fang? I have a feeling that would be fun. And also we only got a couple hours left before the next morning." "Logan is right. We only have a couple hours left." Mateo said and looked at Mr. Oz. "No. You guys either go on night watch or help me figure this out." he told the boys and Logan replied with "I guess we go on night watch then? Who is with Logan the Barbarian?" "I guess we are?" Cooper looked at Mateo and they went towards the magical doors.

Seconds later the Dreamchasers are in the fantasy realm and start discussing about Fang. "Maybe he... no..." Mateo tried to start "You know what guys... Maybe Izzie is right... Megan told me that James worked in an office and what is an office? A bureau! And Mr. Oz said that Fang worked for the night bureau... So it kinda makes sense..." "I know. That's why I said it in the first place." Izzie smiled proudly. They continued walking until they reached the clearing where Mateo fought the Grimm creatures with Kacy when suddenly they heard a familiar voice. 

"Look who came here again." "Hello Kacy! Nice to see you here." Cooper waved at her and she came over to them. "You really have to change your clothes." Logan laughed and continued "I thought you were the Night Hunter again." "Ha ha. No." she looked at him with a large smile. "So what brought you here?" She asked them while Izzie threw herself into the soft gras of the small clearing. "You know we have been thinking about who this Fang could be in the awake world or where he is now. Mr. Oz said that he was part of the night bureau 16 years ago but then switched to the evil side and then disappeared entirely 8 years ago. We were wondering if we might be able to find him and if we do, would he be friendly? Probably not but... What if he was just mistaken?" Mateo sat down next to Izzie and the others did so as well. 

"I just remembered what the Night Hunter said on Pillows Peak. Why did he call your spear 'his' weapon?" Izzie sat up and asked Kacy. "I took it from him in our last battle... I could have killed him... but something... something was holding me back... As if he would be important later on, but not for the evil, no, for the good... And I don't know why." "Didn't he talk about the Fang having a black spear as a weapon?" Izzie then asked which led to Mateo saying "You're right. He did! This is the Nightmares Fang's weapon... That is why he wanted it back... Izzie stole his crossbow and he didn't demand it back but the spear he wanted again... As if it is important..." Kacy now got her spear from her back and put it on her legs. "But why should it be so important..." She asked quietly and gently stoked the blade, but as soon as her fingers hit the crystal, it began glowing and a door appeared. "Whoh..." they all looked at the door in silence until Izzie broke it and jumped into the air. "We are going through right?" "Izzie, are you crazy?! This could lead everywhere! We are NOT going through a door that we don't know where it leads to!" Mateo had to hold Izzie back.

"But what if he is right behind this door?" Izzie asked her brother. "Yeah, Izz. What if he is right behind this door and is not friendly?!" Mateo reminded her and she looked down. "You're right, broseph. But what if he is? What if he really needs our help? We left to go on dream watch, which means looking everywhere!" She said and crossed her arms in front of her. "I am going, if you come or not." Izzie turned around and ran towards the door. "Izzie, no!" Mateo yelled but it was already too late. He got up in a hurry and ran after her.

As Mateo opened his eyes on the other side of the door he saw Izzie standing in front o f him with an open mouth. "This looks beautiful..." she said. Mateo looked around. They were standing in a forest of weeping willows, which had dark blue stems with magenta glowing vines over them. The leaves were dark purple but the further they reached to the ground the lighter they got. The sky was dark but the realm wasn't, no, there were light blue glowing rivers all around them, as if they were in a swamp. "Have you ever seen dark purple grass??" Izzie then yelled and pointed at the ground. "This looks beautiful Izzie, but that doesn't mean it's safe here. We have to turn ba-" But when he turned the door was lifeless. Cooper, Logan and Kacy suddenly came through the door but when Mateo tried opening it again, it fainted to dust. 

"Izzie!!!! Look. Now we are trapped!" "What is this place..." Kacy asked stunned and went further towards one of the weeping willows. She touched it and the laughing of a girl and a man could be heard echoing through the forest. "Wait... what did you do?" Izzie asked confusedly and then she touched one too. The sound of Mateo and her laughing now began to echo. "Wait... that was us Izzie..." Mateo realised and went over to one of the trees as well. The same laughter of him and his sister appeared. "I think the trees.. play happy memories... or something like that..." he said and they began walking further away from the palace where the door was.
