Later that day, Hailee was standing at her locker with Mal and Evie when they saw Ben walk out of his class with Chad Charming and Audrey. Chad hits Ben's chest and points at the Vks.
"Those kids are trouble," Chad told Ben as he looked at Mal's locker that had 'Long Live Evil' design on.
"Bye, M. Bye, H," Evie told Haliee and Mal before walking away.
"Bye, E," the two say in unison before Hailee turned back to her locker, grabbing a used sketch pad as Mal gets the spell book from hers.
"Come on, Chad," Ben said, "Give them a chance."
Audrey took his hands, "No offense, Benny-bear, but you're just too trusting. Look, I know your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast who turned out to be a prince but, with my mom the evil fairy was just the evil fairy and anger, jealous gods. Their parents!" Audrey nudged her head to the sisters.
"I think you're wrong about them," Ben told them with a shrug, "I'll see you later."
Audrey shook her head and walked away with Chad following her.
From the corner of their eyes they see Jane in the distance, Mal looks at her sister, "Remember to meet me so we can talk to her okay?"
"You got it, mom," Hailee sarcastically says with a sly grin. Mal responds with a sarcastic smile of her own before shutting her locker and slightly follows Jane.
Hailee closed her locker just in time to see Ben lean on the lockers next to her.
"Hey," Ben told her.
"Hey," Hailee said, confused as to why he's talking to her.
"How was your first day?" Ben asked her.
"Amazing," Hailee told him.
Ben looked at the open journal in her hand, "You should really think about taking this talent off the journals and into art class. I could, uh, sign you up. What do you think?"
Just then Mal walked by again, giving Hailee the signal.
Hailee turned to look at Ben, "Now where's all the fun in that, maybe one day beasty ," She grins at him before following Mal.
Ben watched her go, "Huh," he said as he leaned his back against the lockers.

Hailee followed Mal into the girl's bathroom and saw Jane standing in the mirror, checking her hair. Jane's eyes widened once she saw the girls standing behind her.
"Hi," Mal said, smiling as Jane turned around to face her as Hailee starts, "It's Jane, right? Ah, I always loved that name, Jane."
"That's cool," Jane muttered as she started to leave.
"Don't go!" Mal shouted, blocking her path. Jane stopped in fear, "I guess, I was just trying to kinda hope to make a friend," Mal said in fake sadness, "You probably have all the friends you need though, huh?"
The other descendant looks at Mal with a 'huh' look shown on her face, "Girl, what are you talking about?" Hailee whispers.
"Just follow my lead." Mal whispers back.
"Hardly," Jane muttered.
"Really?" Hailee asked in a surprise, "I mean, with your mom being Fairy Godmother and Headmistress?" She continued, "And, I mean, not to mention your own... personality," Mal added, softly.
"I'd rather be pretty!" Jane told her, "You both got great hair!"
Mal looked at her and Hailee's hair and before looking up at Jane.
"You know what?" Mal told Jane, "I have just the thing for that!" showing Jane her spell book as she opened it, "It's right," The girl flipped through the pages, "ah, here," she finally stopped at the right page as she smiled at Jane, "Beware, forswear, replace the old with a brand new hair," Mal read before she flicked her finger as Jane watched the sparks fly until they hit her in the face.
Jane was scared until her short hair vanished from her face and was replaced by long, curly hair when she looked in the mirror. Shocked, she and Hailee both look at the mirror.
"Wow!" Hailee said surprised as she stood next to Jane. "You almost don't notice your... other features!" Mal said.
Jane tapped the spell book, "Do my nose!"
"Oh, She can't," Hailee quickly told her, "She's been practicing, but you know, Mal can't do really big magic. Not like your mom with her wand,"
Mal let out a light laugh before speaking, "I mean, one swoosh from that thing and you could probably have whatever features you wanted."
"She doesn't use the wand anymore," Jane said, sadly, "She believes that real magic is in the books and not the spell books. Regular books with history and stuff."
Hailee scoffed, "What a rip."
"Yeah," Jane said, softly.
"You know, she used magic on Cinderella," Hailee started, "Who wasn't even her own daughter. Doesn't she love you?" Mal cut in and asked, sadly, getting a wide eye look from the red head.
"Well, of course, she does," Jane said, "It's-it's just you know, tough love. 'Work on the inside, not the outside'. That sort of thing."
"That's the face!" Mal pointed at Jane's sad face, "Yeah and it just looks like your heart is about to break," she continued, "Oh, Mother, I just don't understand why you can't make me beautiful, too..." Mal imitated Jane.
"You think it would work?" Jane asked, hopeful.
"Yeah," Hailee told Jane, "I mean, it worked for old Cindy, right? And your mom bibbidi bobbidi-boo'd the living daylights out of her," she continued.
"And, hey! If your mom does decide to, you know, break out the old wand, invite me! And I'll definitely bring Hailee with me." Mal said turning to look at her sister.
"If I can convince my mom, you're so there! And Hailee too," Jane told Mal with a big smile.
"Yay!" Hailee cheered softly as Mal clapped.
"Bye!" Jane whispered before she left.
"Bye," Mal said, waving as she smirked to herself.
Hailee lightly shoves Mal when the door closes, "Girl, you just guilt tripped the living shit out of her. Over a wand!"
Mal looks at the girl, "For our parents Hails, we can't fail them." Before she walks out leaving Hailee alone in the bathroom.
"I think I'm the only civil one here and I was raised by two angry gods. Who would've known?" Hailee shrugs before walking out.
