"Morning." I heard a voice say as I woke up

"Morning Jackson." I replied

I got off the bed a planted a soft kiss on his lips.

"You didn't sleep did you?" I asked

"Not really." He answered

"Stop worrying, it's gonna be fine." I said "start getting ready."

•at the station•

"Morning North." Lucy greeted

"Morning." I replied back

"I noticed you and West got here at the same time." She said with a sly grin

"Yeah, my car broke down so." She cut me off with a laugh

"Don't lie, half the people here already know about this." She said as she pointed to me and him

"Whatever." I said while I walked into the room dodging a thing of flowers on the way to my seat

"Alright honeymoons over." Gray said as he walked in behind me "West, Lopez 2, Captain wants to speak to you."

Lucy mouthed an I told you and we walked to Captains office.

"Captain you called for us." I said

"Yes, you both know that a lot of people here are talking about the relationship between you two. I don't have a problem with it just don't let it get in the way of your work. You also know your sister is gonna murder both 👨‍✈️ of you when she finds out." She explained

"Yeah we know, but we're willing to take the risk." I answered

"Okay, West stay, Lopez go call your sister." Captain ordered

I mouthed "it's okay" to Jackson and went to get my sister.

"Captain needs to talk to you." I said Bluntly

She walked off to captain.

"I was right, it is West, your sister is gonna kill you." Nick said leaning on the car

"Shut up." I replied getting the car

"7-Adam-12 we have reports of gunshots at 709 East Main Street." The radio buzzed

"7-Adam-12 copy." I said into the radio

"LAPD OPEN UP." Nick shouted as he banged on the door.

"Officers how can I help you." A man about 20 said

"We got complaints about gunshots." Nick said

"Wasn't me." The man replied

He shut the door but I put my foot.

"Woah Mami if you wanted to come in you should've just said." He chuckled as he grabbed me putting the gun up to my head.

I pushed his arm up making him drop the gun. Kicked him in his shin and put the cuffs on him.

"Yeah no thanks I'm seeing someone." I said replying to his previous comment.

We got to the station and Nick said "Okay North show me how you process an arrest."
