It was another day for the group, as the eight members were in their dressing room, preparing for the M-net Asian Music Awards, or better known as MAMA. The crowded dressing room was filled with all sorts of people, ranging from the members to the staff, hair dressers, makeup artists, and more. Each of the members were getting ready for their performance of their new song, but Han was feeling off. He knew he was.

From this morning, Han woke up feeling sore, but he just thought it was normal because of the intense practice over the past few days. Then, he stood up and instantly felt dizzy. He went to the bathroom and took his temperature - 37.6 degrees. He was sick and had a low fever but he doesn't want the members to know. He takes some fever reducers and continues to do his business. Just as he was about to go out, Lee Know stood in front of the closed door.

"Han, what's taking so long?"

"Sorry hyung, I'm coming out soon," Han replies. He felt off. His throat hurt when he talks. His voice sounded raspy and coarse but he hoped Minho didn't notice.

Han left the room and went to the kitchen, hoping to eat something to get his mind of his illness. But he knew he had no appetite, and refused the pancakes Felix and Seungmin made.

"Han, you need to eat," Chan said.

"Hyung I'm not hungry," Jisung said. He hoped Chan didn't notice his weird sounding voice and slumped back in his chair. He grabbed a water bottle and drank some water. The cold water glided down his throat, making it hurt even more. After a few small sips, he closed the cap of the water bottle and put it back on the table. All Han wanted to do was sleep in his warm and cozy bed.

Later when they were going to the MAMA stage, Han fell asleep in the car. The members knew he was tired but didn't suspect anything about it. Han on the other had, felt like his head was going to explode. Minho noticed from the very beginning that something was off. He knew it. Han usually eats but he didn't eat anything and JYP didn't say anything about a diet.

Back to the MAMA stage, Stray Kids were about to go on stage. Jisung's head still hurt, and was now nearly killing him. He looked a lot more pale than usual, and Hyunjin and I.N were questioning it. As they were going on, the lights immediately dimmed, making him feel more comfortable. Just as he was getting into his position, the loud music blasted and the lights flashed, making his head hurt even more. The throbbing pain combined with the difficulty of talking and the fact that he felt cold from the fever made the MAMA performance this year 10 times worse. Usually, he would enjoy it, giving him another opportunity to perform on stage but this time he was hating it. He was confused every once in a while as his mind started to blank out. They were performing 3 songs, plus an intro, and he thought it would take forever. And to him, it did.

They were in the second chorus of the last song, and Jisung knew his body couldn't take it anymore. He had to let his members know somehow but he wan't sure how. He just wished he told them earlier, not making them worry more. But he also knew not to let anyone down, especially STAY and his members. The pain was intensifying every second.

Just as they were about finish the song, Han's vision became blurry and there were black spots every here and there. I.N noticed that his hyung was about to faint, and told Chan.

The two instantly rushed over to Han and caught him before he hit his head on the grund. They gently layed him down on the cold stage.

"Hyung! Wake up! Please!" the maknae shouted.

Changbin shouted for medics and they carried him off the stage.

"He's overworked, dehydrated, and overheated," the medics concluded. "Make sure he gets lots of sleep and water. You can put ice packs on his body to help him cool off. He also has a fever at 38.5. You should make sure he rests a lot."

Chan nodded and ordered the other members to take ice packs and fans, hoping it would help Han's body cool off.

"Hyung, he's still quite warm," Felix said.

"Be more patient. At least he's not burning up like he was a few minutes ago," Lee Know said.

After around another 5 long minutes, there was finally signs that Jisung was waking up. First he gently grabbed Seungmin's arm, and then he opened his eyes slowly.

"Where am I?" Han asked

"In the dressing room on the couch," Lee Know answered.

"Where's all the fan's and where's STAY? Aren't we performing?"

"Han, you're sick and you have a fever. You fainted 8 minutes ago. You can't be performing in this condition. We're going home and you're resting," Chan said sternly.

"But-"

"Hyung, just admit it," I.N said.

The group carried him to the car, into their dorm, and lastly into his warm cozy bed.

"Guys, I'm sorry about this. I'm sorry for causing all this trouble," Han apologized.

"Dude you're sick. Stop talking nonsense and just go to sleep," Hyunjin said.

Minutes later, Han immediately fell asleep in his warm bed, just like he wanted to in the morning. The members smiled at the sight that their quokka was already feeling better.
