( THIS ISN'T THE LAST CHAPTER! I was feeling like writhing Angst soooo here it is!)

The day was slow. Very, very slow. Usually just Ennui was bored, but today, everyone was bored.

Riley hadn't done anything the whole day except sit in her room and scroll threw her phone.

All her friends were busy, and she has no siblings, so she had no one to talk to at the moment.

You sat next to Ennui with his head across your lap while looking at his phone.

You sat there playing with his hair and occasionally humming and singing a song.

You then got an idea, and it was something that you'd never done before.

"Hey guys? Since todays been slow, I have an idea on how to speed things up!" You told all the other emotions, they all turned towards. Even Ennui looked up from over his phone to look at you.

"Oh yeah? What's the idea (Y/N)? I'm up for anything!" Joy exclaimed and walked closer to you.

"Ok! So, what if we went to like, imagination land and long term memory and went like, exploring and stuff." You halfway smiled, not sure what there response would be.

They all were taken back. "Uh, well (Y/N), I don't know if we can do that. We've had some not so good experiences with that place." Joy laughed and little uncomfortably.

"Actually joy, I would kinda like to go to long term and go threw some old memories. That was kinda fun last time." Sadness said.

"Oh! I've been wanting to go look threw them too! Remember when I put together that fabulous outfit? I can't remember what top I used but I want to use it again." Disgust reminisced.

"Awwww if you guys are gonna go threw old memories then I want to go too!" Envy joined in.

And of course embarrassment wanted to go where ever sadness went.

"Ok, well, since today is pretty slow, I guess it would be ok if you guys just went. I'll stay up here and watch over Riley." Joy gave in.

"Alright then! Come on Ennui! You're coming with us." You said as you hopped up from your chair.

"Why? Nothing I need is down there." He said, still staring at his phone.

"Oh come on! I want you to come with us, we'll have a good time." You told him.

"No." He replied, tapping on his phone.

You groaned and rolled your eyes. You knew he wasn't gonna get up without motivation, so, you grabbed his phone out of his hand and stuck it in your pocket.

"Hey! My phone! Give it back (Y/N)." He said with much more energy then usual.

"Ah ah ah, I'll give it back to you when we get there." You smiled at him.

He groaned loudly and slid onto the floor. He then pulled himself up and walked towards you with a dropping head and much annoyance.

"Alright! Let's go!" You said as you dropped down the machine that takes the memory's to long term.

So with that, you, Ennui, Sadness, Embarrassment, Disgust and Envy all took turns going threw the pipe while Joy, Anger, Fear, and Anxiety stayed and watched over Riley.

After getting squished by Embarrassment, you all hoped out of the memory bin and looked around. You could see all of Riley's core memory islands, and of course, Longterm.
