alongside the ship, were the rapier-class assault ships, which were variants of the saber-class starships, and were designed to be able to either be crew or be crew remotely, but what shinji was proud of most, was the XNE-101T: DOMINION, the dominion, was the top of the line unit constructed by NERV, to stand as mitsuru's personal unit, the successor to evangelion unit-01, it was a one of kind prototype unit, packed to the brim with numerous systems
with the completion of the cerasus, everything but construction was being moved to the ship, as the base of NERV would solely serve as a construction facility under the command of hachi, as i hoped ichigo, would either take command of the ship, or at least stand as the ships XO, that was the plan, but mitsuru wasn't ready to bring them, he wasn't even sure if could or should ask them to join
as he was perusing his files, however a new idea came to mind
"this could solve everything, get me lucifer" i said to hachi, who nodded and moved to contact sirzechs, who entered
"lucifer, i need you to do something, that will sound crazy" i said
"what" he asked
"i am intending to go back in time, i will be taking my new fleet with me" i said, i am saving all of my work on the new peerage system, i want to make a copy of your memories, i'll need a copy of grayfia's as well" i said
"alright done, but why" he asked
"i can protect both my native home, and my family, and i can stop myself from making a really stupid mistake" i said
"alright, i can tell we will not stop you i will get grayfia" he said, i nodded
the three stood in an empty ritual room
"right, i am going to cast a spell on both of you, which will give you memories of all of this" i said
"what will be the phrase" grayfia asked
"god is in his heaven, all is right with the world" i said, the two flinched
"sorry, it's something i will remember it's NERV's motto, when my father was still in charge" i said
"it is something we can't accidentally trigger, as we avoid saying the G-word" he said, i nodded
"it needs to be me that triggers it otherwise you could come searching for me when i am not ready" i said
"i want you to do this with rias and her peerage as well, especially since you were able to bring her knight back from the dead they deserve this, i nodded" sirzechs said
"fine fetch them, fetch irina and xenovia too" i said, they nodded, and went to fetch them, when they entered, i nodded to them, noticing yasaka was amongst them, i didn't bring it up as this was her choice
"you have been told why your here" i asked, they nodded
"good gather within the circle and we will begin" i said
and began they did, mitsuru almost fell unconscious from the magic he had used, sending memories back with the host is not an easy prospect but it was worth it
"i will be taking kuroka and jeanne with m, and i need to make my own preparations, thank you all" i said, before briskly leaving the room, the reason i was taking them with me was simple i didn't want to go hunting for them when i came back, i would send them back in time through a separate ritual, that send them back, and they would be told to wait for me, kuroka would go to jeanne and they'd both wait
i then moved to begin activating the fleet and preparing it to mobilize, of course without informing ritsuko or misato, i didn't need them attempting to stop me after all, i gathered the cloths from the squad, i did after intend to bring them aboard, once everything was in place, i walked onto the command bridge sat in the command chair, and initiated neural connection, before launching the fleet
"thanks for the blessing unit-01" i said knowing full well i wouldn't be able to handle the information inflow without the power given to me from unit-01 and lilith, i set temporal and dimensional coordinates, and i initiated my own time jump
