I'm slightly snoring as I hear my alarm go off on my phone.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEEP.. BEEP! BEEP BEEEPP.. BEEP BEEP BEE-

"mmmm" i started whining as i move around and find my phone to stop the alarm. I check the time and it is 7:30AM.
I lay down while staring at the ceiling as I sigh. "I am officially a junior" I said as I rubbed my eyes and checked if I had any notifications or texts from anyone which to my surprise I did. New notifications: Siani. I opened my phone with face recognition and saw my friend text me basically wishing me success on my first day at a new school while telling me not to stress or worry about anything and how I will make new friends. I text her back also congratulated her and told her that I missed her but how she is an officially a senior in high school. Siani was my only friend at my old school she was a very close one too she knew everything about me from my favorite color to her knowing I have autism.. I don't really tell anyone about it because last time I told someone she made fun of me and made me feel really bad about myself but Siani was the only person who stuck by my side. Now I don't have her..

I closed my phone and began to get ready.

"MANI MANI IT IS THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL ARE YOU EXCITEDDDDD" Liyah busted through my door yelling as she jumped on my bed. "LIYAH GET OFF MY BED AND STOP SCREAMING ITS 7 IN THE MORNING" I said as I screamed in irritation. I started tugging on my hair and Liyah noticed. "are you okay mani whats wrong? Liyah said as she moved my hands down. "its just that this is a big thing I am scared that I will get bullied again you know what happened last school year" i said as I stared at Liyah. "no one will bully or make fun of you I promise and I am going to be by your side at least for when we arrive at school and if they try it I will gladly beat a bitch ass about my sister" Liyah said as she comforted me. "Liyah I don't need you fighting my battles for me I get it but no I got it myself I am 17 years old I am old enough to take care of things myself" i said while playing with my fingers. "okay well if you ever need anything all you got to do is text me and  I will be there in a heartbeat. Liyah said as she closed my door to go get ready for school.

I was so shocked to see that Aaliyah was so excited and not scared for a new school not even just that but also a new state. Aaliyah is now a freshman but at our old school I was always with her because we were in a K - 12 school which is kindergarten through 12th grade.

"are you in here getting ready for school Mani?" my mom said snapping me out my thoughts. "um ye- yea yea I am I was just thinking thats all" I said as I began stuttering.
"there is nothing to be worried about my love you have Liyah right by your side and you know she will always be there for you, but if something does happen just call me and I will handle it." my mother said as she reassured me.
I smiled knowing that I have both my little sister and mother by my side. "okay mom I am going to get dressed now. "okay mani I will be downstairs Liyah is already done she is eating breakfast I brought you up a bagel and some strawberries because I know you don't like eating after you brushed your teeth so here you go eat up and get dressed me and Liyah will be waiting" my mother said closing my door. I ate my bagel and strawberries and then headed to my bathroom.

I went into my bathroom and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I put some moisturizer on my face and went in my bedroom. I grabbed my outfit and put it on. I grabbed my eos 24hr moisture body lotion in the scent pomegranate raspberry and moisturized my body. I then topped my two favorite perfumes which are   Ariana Thank u next perfume from Ulta Beauty & champagne toast from bath & body works and layered them both on. for jewelry I don't like that much stuff on my neck all at once so I just put my cross necklace and pandora bracelet on and took a picture before I went downstairs.

"Good Morning beautiful you look so pretty. my mother said which made Liyah turn around in her seat. "ouuuuu and you smell so goodddd" Liyah said as she smiled. "haha thank youu and thank youuu! "honestly I feel somewhat better after you both talked to me it definitely calmed my nerves down a lot!!" I said as i grabbed an ice cold water from the fridge to place in my bag. "I'm glad it did honey so I won't be home when you guys get out of school so if you don't mind taking the bus home!" my mom said as she looked at me and Liyah. "yeah I don't mind as long as I sit next to you Liyah" i said as I looked at Liyah. "you know we are sitting next to each other regardless" liyah said chuckling and getting up to head to the car. I followed behind her as my mother locked the house and gave me a extra pair of house keys. Liyah got in the backseat as I got up in the front with my mom.

"so you girls ready?" "YESSS!!" both me and Liyah shouted in excitement. I put my seatbelt on and put my bag on the floor by my feet. I listened to some music while on the way to school.
