Monday

there is that horrible sound. the sound i hate. the sound of my alarm at six in the morning. great. time to go back to school and pretend like i don't know the boys

i haven't told you guys why i can't be friends with them but...all will be revealed.

i got up, showered, got changed and done my makeup and then headed downstairs where danielle was making breakfast whilst jamie was holding emma and well i had no idea where my mother was

"morning grace" danielle said "morning" i responded with a little smile as i got a bottle of water and some aspirin "were you drinking yesterday?" jamie asked "ummm no" i said obviously lying "so why are you getting aspirin and someone brought you home yesterday?" danielle asked "stop with the questions i can do what i want" i said

i waited for my best friend lily to pick me up since she was taking me to school, she finally arrived and i went out to the car and we went to school but i honestly wasn't in the mood

we arrived and we headed to our lockers which were next to aria's and joel's our other best friends. i put my things in my locker as i watched the boys walk in and honestly it kinda hurt me that i couldn't go over and talk to them

"grace what do you think?" joel asked as my thoughts got interrupted "huh?" i asked "about the welcome back party" aria said "oh right yeah um i'm not sure" i said "ohhh come on you're always up for a party" lily said "yeah unless your mother caught you sneaking out" joel said "yeah whatever i've gotta get to class" i said

it's been three lessons and it's now finally lunch, i walked into the cafeteria with joel since we just had the same lesson and we sat at our usual table "so how's everyone's day going so far?" lily asked "i have two classes with zach herron" aria said "zach herron?" joel asked "as in zach herron as in corbyn besson's best friend?" lily asked "yep that zach herron" aria said "stop mentioning his name" i snapped

It's finally the end of the school day and i'm just glad to get home, i walked in and danielle was sat there with emma. i put my bag down like I normally do and go over to them

"how was your day?" danielle asked "it was okay" i said "so you know how you love me and emma" she said "hmmm yeah" i said "can you look after emma for a little?" she asked "why can't mother or jamie?" i asked "well Jamie is at work and mother won't be back until later. please grace" she begged "fineeeee come on em" i said picking her up carefully "thankyou i won't be long" danielle said as she left
