i can't believe it's december already honestly this year has just gone past so quick, today i'm decorating the house like i do every year with danielle and jamie but it makes it more exciting because emma is here and it's her first christmas

i walk downstairs in my pyjamas with my hair up and no makeup, i go into the kitchen and start making breakfast like normal and then danielle comes downstairs with emma

"good morning" danielle said "morning" i said "you making breakfast?" she asked "i am" i said "i'm starving" she said "good because i'm making what i make every year" i said "pancakes with strawberries and cream?" she asked "obviously" i said

i made us all breakfast and then jamie came downstairs, we sat down and ate breakfast as we just talked about what's happening today

"oh just a heads up mom invited dad around tonight again" danielle said "why?" i asked "she mentioned something about him moving back in" danielle said "oh great" i said

after finishing breakfast we cleaned up and then we got out the decorations and started putting up our tree

"look em" danielle said as she held her "we did a good job" jamie said "we did" danielle said "i can't believe this is our first christmas as a family" jamie said "and our first christmas being engaged" danielle said

"hey i'm just gonna go upstairs and see if i can find the camera" i said "okay" danielle said as i went upstairs. honestly i didn't just go to get the camera i also just needed to get away from them talking about family and engagements

i just wish things were different with me and corbyn. i just wish we could go out in public and hold hands like every other couple but i guess we can't

"hey grace did you find the camera?" jamie asked "oh um not yet" i said looking around as jamie came in "woah are you okay?" he asked "yeah i'm fine" i said "are you sure?" he asked

"yeah" i said "then why are your eyes watering?" he asked as i wiped my eyes that had tears forming in "oh um it doesn't matter" i said "hey what's going on?" he asked "so remember the night i argued with my parents" i said

"yeah" he said "so the person i love is someone i can't be with and well just seeing you and danielle with emma makes me a little sad" i said looking around"how come?" he asked

"i really love this person but if my parents found out about us well let's just say i won't be able to leave the house ever again and i won't be able to have my phone or anything" i said "can you tell me who the person is?" he asked as "i wish i could but i can't" i said

"okay well if you ever need to talk i'm here" he said "thankyou" i said "of course now come on we need to take pictures before danielle starts bossing us around" he said

i got the camera and we went back downstairs to danielle and emma and we just took pictures and had a movie day
