Friendship blossoms into love, and the transition into university springs their relationship into bloom. One year later, Mallory is the painted picture of a girl living a good life; studying at university with her friends and boyfriend, content in the beauty that life offers.
Then Reid becomes the sole survivor of a lethal car crash. Any prospect of Mallory's happily ever after plummets in the aftermath. Retrograde amnesia has stolen Reid from Mallory forever, setting off a chain of irrevocable events.
But the future still lies ahead. Will Mallory and Reid move past the pain associated with Reid's lost memories, or will the strings tying the couple's past together fray once and for all?
