A few weeks later...
Things between Tom and Harry were going great, their dynamic had changed. Harry of course still wore his collar, he now couldn't imagine taking it off, but the leash was almost never put on him. Harry liked that, it made him feel as if Tom was really starting to trust him. Harry had also been moved into a bigger bedroom, Tom's bedroom. Tom had been really considerate though and Harry had his own bedroom across the hall, Harry of course didn't sleep in it, just put his clothes in there. Harry now had access to the entire North Wing of the Castle. The boy never dared to venture further, certain it was either locked or warded. He worried if he even tested it Tom would be upset or assume Harry wasn't grateful, and Harry certainly didn't want that. The North Wing was plenty enough for him.
Harry would now wander farther and farther out with Tom, they hadn't yet left the confines of what he now knows is a massive castle, but the day was coming soon he knew it. The castle Harry had been staying at, Tom calls the Riddle Manor, but Harry is almost certain it wasn't always Riddle's but he can't quite place why he knows that. Harry feels like the time of Tom taking him out in public is soon and he's so excited, so excited for everyone to know he's Tom's good boy. Tom talks about how when they do go about it would make the paper, and everyone would know that he's nothing more than Tom's bitch, he loves when Tom calls him that, the euphoria that surges through him is unmatched. Harry doesn't want to be anything more, that is enough for him.
They had been to a few more dinners, 6 if Harry remembers properly, each time it ended with Harry getting the fucking of a life time and he loved it. He loved knowing that all those people knew that Tom was off limits, that Tom was also his though he didn't yet dare to tell him that aloud. He loved Tom marking him as his property for everyone to see.
This morning was different though, the poor boy woke up nauseous, running towards the bathroom and barely making it in time to empty the contents of his stomach from the night before. Tom of course was right behind Harry, just in time to cast a spell that pulled his hair back tight so it wasn't in the way. Harry retched loudly, and all Tom could do was rub the poor boys back. Harry would likely believe that maybe he ate something bad last night, but he also was unaware of the fertility potions he'd been taken regularly. Tom knew that getting his hopes up over one potential bout of morning sickness was futile, but he still called Harry's nurse, foolishly hoping that Harry was carrying their child. Theirs.
Tom cleaned Harry up and carefully carried him back to bed. The boy voiced that he felt fine, but in reality he felt absolutely exhausted and weak. Tom knew, he was feverish, sweaty, and the color in his face had yet to return. Tom propped him in the bed, quickly having a house elf bring him a tea to help soothe the boys stomach. The boy took a sniff and was suddenly running towards the bathroom again. Nothing came up luckily he just dry heaved loudly, the older man doing his best to comfort the boy. This action did get Tom's hopes up, it was a little too perfect the mild smell of the tea affected the boy so strange, he just knew his hunch was right. By the time the boy was cleaned up again and put back in bed there was a firm knock on the bedroom door.
A female mediwizard showed up, by the name of Colette. She was a tall skinny woman, she had curly blonde hair twisted up in a neat bun. Harry wondered if she was one of the woman that had watched him and Tom at one of the dinners and he blushed slightly. She walked up to the sickly boy," I am going to cast a diagnosis spell over you okay? It's completely non invasive don't worry."
The boy nodded weakly, still lying on-his back,Tom was sitting in a chair beside him holding his hand and wiping a wet towel on his forehead in an attempt to get the fever down. The woman waved her spell and after a minute she smiled," Congratulations my Lord and his consort, you seem to be around 6 weeks along Harry!"
Harry was too sick for it to really sink in what the lady had said, but Tom was struggling to stop himself from lifting Harry up and giving him a huge kiss. Instead he talked to Colette about how to make Harry feel better. "He will be sick for the next few weeks, if not his whole pregnancy, morning sickness is funny like that. However, I will talk to Severus about making some prenatal and nausea potions that are completely safe for the baby. He does seem a little sicker than he likely should be, but a magical male pregnancy can be really hard on the body. However, I will cast a spell that will hopefully help him for at least a little bit," she then casted her wand and mutter something incomprehensible under her breath,"Just so you know his body isn't just growing a baby, it's also creating and sustaining a uterus and birthing canal. Just let him take it easy for a while, and also the baby does feed off of both parents magic so sticking close to him will make it easier for the both of them.
Tom nodded thoughtfully,"Thank you Colette, I will talk to you soon about another appointment. Please go talk to Severus asap, tell him I expect a visit from him by the end of the night."
She nodded before quickly exiting. Harry had fallen asleep after her spell casting, so Tom decided to stay in the room and get some paperwork done. He decided then and there he would not leave Harry's side the entire pregnancy, Harry was to go with him everywhere. After a few hours of Harry sleeping he eventually woke up," Tom?" he muttered sleepily.
Tom was quickly at his side helping him sit up and rubbing his back. Harry leaned into the man, soaking up Tom's affection.
"What did the doctor lady say?" Harry asked quietly.
Tom smiled, placing a hand gently on Harry's stomach," You're 6 weeks pregnant Harry, we're going to be parents."
Harry gasped, placing his hands over Tom. A million thoughts tornadoed through his head, but he was so excited. He was going to be a Dad or a Mom? The logistics didn't quite matter right now. Harry didn't know the most about male pregnancies, but he was sure there was some books in the library.
"A man should be here soon to have tea with us and discuss your pregnancy potions okay? You know him from the dinners, and you are to address him as Severus okay?" Tom said with his hand still on the boys stomach.
Harry nodded his head. "Now let's get you dressed and try to keep something in your system, okay sweet boy?"About an hour later Tom moved Harry to the sitting room, where there was a small table. Severus was already waiting along with a tea tray and biscuits. Harry was feeling better from the morning but he was still quite weak, which Tom explained would likely remain the rest of his pregnancy but hopefully would get a bit better. "Hello Tom and Harry," Severus said giving a weak smile.
Harry knew that he had seen Severus at the dinners, but he felt as if there was some other place he knew Snape from. His mind swirled with confusion until he eventually forgot what he was even thinking about. Harry was nervous to try the tea after what happened this morning. "Don't worry Harry, it's a different one from this morning, we will be leaving the chamomile alone for a while."
Harry nodded in appreciation and hesitantly went to take a sip, nothing happened luckily. Harry stayed quiet during tea time, halfway listening to Snape and Tom to talk about his potions and their next meeting. Harry was happy to sit and listen, he was unsure if he currently had the mental capacity to carry on an engaging conversation. He was lost in his own world anyway, daydreaming about his and Tom's child. It was eventually agreed that Severus would have tea with the both of them once a week. Harry liked that, he liked having company. Harry suddenly grew tired but was nervous to pull Tom away from his company. He tried to fight the fatigue but it was futile and he ended up passing out with his head propped on his arm. Tom smiled at how cute the young boy looked sleeping but carried on with his conversation. Eventually Harry started loudly snoring. Tom politely ended the conversation, Severus completely understanding and handing Tom quite a few vials that he neatly labeled. Tom picked Harry up, like a child, Harry wrapping his arms around the strong man's neck. Grateful for how gingerly he was tucked in, and even more grateful when Tom joined him, being the cozy big spoon and keeping his hand on Harry's stomach.
