Hi, This chapter I tried to write Hindi dialogues... Hope you all like it!

**Anuj's Silent Agony**

Aarav wandered around the house, his young face etched with confusion and concern. "Nani, Nana," he called out, his voice tinged with worry. "Mumma aur Papa kahaan hain? Breakfast ke baad kahaan chale gaye?"

Anupama's mother, looking visibly flustered, tried to muster a reassuring smile. "Beta, woh bas thodi der ke liye baahar gaye hain. Zaroori baat karni thi unhein."

Aarav wasn't convinced. "Par Nani, unka phone bhi nahi mil raha. Mujhe unki chinta ho rahi hai."

Anupama's father, who had been uncharacteristically quiet, shifted uncomfortably. "Woh sab theek hain, Aarav. Tension mat lo," he said, though his own worry was evident in his tone.

**An Emotional Breakdown**

At Anuj's apartment, the weight of his emotions had finally crushed his resolve. As he sat on the couch, his head in his hands, Anupama knelt beside him, her heart breaking at the sight of his pain.

"Anuj," she whispered gently, "kya hua? Kya baat hai?"

Anuj looked up, his eyes filled with tears. "Anupama, main haar gaya hoon. Main tumhe aur bachon ko khush nahi rakh paaya," he choked out, his voice breaking.

"Nahi Anuj, aisa mat kaho," Anupama said, her voice trembling. "Tumne hamesha apni taraf se poori koshish ki hai. Hum sab tumhare saath hain."

Anuj shook his head, tears streaming down his face. "Mujhse nahi ho pa raha, Anupama. Main sab kuch barbaad kar raha hoon," he cried, burying his face in her lap. His sobs grew louder, more heart-wrenching, as he let out all the pent-up anguish and self-recrimination that had been festering within him.

"Mujhe maaf kar do, Anupama," he whispered brokenly between sobs. "Main tumhe aur bachon ko deserve nahi karta."

Anupama stroked his hair gently, her own tears falling freely now. "Anuj, bas. Please. Tumne jo bhi kiya, wo sab hamare liye kiya. Tumse galtiyaan hui hain, par tumne unhe sudharne ki koshish bhi ki hai."

But Anuj's distress only intensified. "Mujhe khud se nafrat hai, Anupama," he cried, his voice trembling. "Main sab kuch khatam kar diya. Tumhari zindagi, humari khushiyan..."

His breathing became erratic, and his body started to shake. "Anuj! Anuj!" Anupama cried out, panic seizing her heart as she realized something was terribly wrong. "Kya ho raha hai tumhe?"

Before she could get a response, Anuj's eyes rolled back, and he slumped unconscious in her lap. "Anuj!" she screamed, her voice filled with desperation. She quickly grabbed her phone and called for an ambulance, her hands trembling as she held Anuj close.

**At the Hospital**

The hospital's sterile, white corridors buzzed with activity as the medical team rushed Anuj into the emergency room. Anupama paced outside, her mind a whirlwind of fear and helplessness.

After what felt like an eternity, a doctor emerged from the ER. "Mrs. Kapadia?" he asked, scanning the worried faces in the waiting area.

"Yes, doctor. How is he?" Anupama asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

The doctor sighed, his expression serious. "Mr. Kapadia has been diagnosed with Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, commonly known as broken heart syndrome. It's a temporary condition often brought on by severe emotional stress."

Anupama's heart sank. "Is... is he going to be okay?"

"Physically, he should recover with proper care and rest," the doctor explained. "But it's crucial that he avoids any further emotional stress. His heart has been through a lot."
