"Tell me, Taehyung. What do you mean by 'he trusted me'? Which plan are you talking about? Tell me!" Annie screamed, feeling deeply betrayed.

She had never imagined Taehyung capable of such manipulative actions. Over time, she had noticed his manager with those women who harassed her, waiting for Taehyung to explain, she thought his own manager betrayed him but she never thought he could do something like that. discovering a room filled with her pictures left her feeling not only uneasy but also violated. Hearing him casually discuss his schemes on the phone only intensified her disbelief and made her stare at him as if he were a complete stranger.

Taehyung had always been the kindest man in her eyes, a supportive friend who helped her through her heartbreak. But the Taehyung standing before her now was someone else entirely—an obsessive and possessive figure she had never glimpsed beneath his caring facade.

"Why are you silent, Taehyung? Tell me what you've done!" she pleaded, desperate to hear that he wasn't involved. Her heart raced with a mix of fear and disbelief.

"Annie," he called softly, his voice tinged with an unsettling calmness.

"No, Taehyung, please don't. You can't betray me," she said, tears welling up in her eyes.

"I love you," he whispered softly.

He took a step closer, and she instinctively stepped back, suddenly aware of the danger she felt emanating from him.

"Why are you avoiding me?" he asked, his hurt turning into a more unsettling emotion she couldn't quite place.

She shook her head, trying to understand what had changed between them.

"I never thought you could betray me," she whispered, her voice trembling.

"I didn't," Taehyung insisted, his eyes pleading for understanding.

"Taehyung, how could you? They were slut-shaming me. They were ready to harm me—"

"No, they wouldn't dare. I made sure they wouldn't lay a finger on you," he replied softly, moving closer with an intensity that scared her.

Her back against the wall while he stood next to her, she realized she had known him for months and lived with him for days, yet now she felt she was seeing him for the first time .

"I did everything because I know what's best for you. Jungkook doesn't deserve you, Annie. I was just helping you move on from him," he explained, his words taking on a possessive edge that sent a chill down her spine.

"I thought you were my friend," she said, hurt evident in her voice as she struggled to make sense of his distorted reality.

"I never claimed to be your friend. I love you. As for the pictures, I started taking them innocently in the library, capturing your different expressions. It became a habit, and I became addicted to photographing you, even when you were asleep."

"What about this picture? I don't remember any moment like this. How and when did it happen?" she asked, pointing to their kissing-in-the-rain picture.

Taehyung smiled sadly. "It was my most beautiful moment, my first kiss with the woman I love. Unfortunately, you were drunk and don't remember it. But don't worry, we can create many more," he said, causing her eyes to widen in fear. Something was not right; he wasn't acting normally.

The calmness in his voice sent chills down her spine. She didn't want to confront him or yell at him; she just wanted to escape. The room felt suffocating, making it hard for her to breathe.

"I... I need to go," she managed to say, her voice trembling, as she realized she was in the presence of a person she no longer recognized.

As she tried to walk away, he jerked her arm, pulling her forcefully towards him.
