The atmosphere in the basement was thick with tension as Yuvraj descended the stairs, his footsteps echoing ominously. His bodyguards snapped to attention, their eyes fixed on him as he approached Mr. Bhadra, who was trembling uncontrollably. The dim light cast shadows on the walls, heightening the sense of dread that filled the room.
Yuvraj's cold eyes scanned Bhadra from head to toe before he spoke. "Remove his clothes," he commanded, his voice a low growl that brooked no argument. The bodyguards moved quickly, stripping Bhadra of his clothes until he was left in his undergarments. Bhadra's body shook with fear, his eyes darting around the room as if seeking an escape that did not exist.
"Please, sir, forgive me. I won't do anything like this again," Bhadra pleaded, his voice quivering and desperate. His eyes were wide with terror, and sweat poured down his face, mixing with tears of fear.
Yuvraj regarded him with a disdainful smirk. "Fine, let's say I overlook this one mistake. But what about the other crimes you've committed? Raping innocent girls, trafficking them, using them for your dirty work? I had no idea such a disgusting man was part of my company."
Bhadra's fear turned to a brief flare of anger. "Mr. Yuvraj, don't forget I have a son and wife who will get me out of this hell."
Yuvraj's laughter echoed in the basement, a chilling sound that made even the bodyguards shift uncomfortably. "You know what, Bhadra? You're a fool. I've already informed your wife about everything. She's in shock. And as for your son, I doubt he even knows you're here."
Bhadra's eyes filled with rage, and he spat out, "You can't do this to me! My family will—"
In an instant, Yuvraj's hand shot out, grabbing Bhadra's jaw in a vice-like grip. He squeezed tightly, causing Bhadra to wince in pain. "You dare speak to me like that?" he growled, his face inches from Bhadra's. The menace in his voice was unmistakable.
Advait and Akshay watched from their seats, feeling a mixture of fear and awe at Yuvraj's rage. They gulped nervously, exchanging glances that spoke volumes about their own unease.
"Bring the hot water buckets," Yuvraj ordered, his voice cold and emotionless. One of the bodyguards quickly fetched a bucket of steaming hot water. Without hesitation, the guard poured the scalding water over Bhadra's body, eliciting a blood-curdling scream from him.
Yuvraj smirked, his eyes gleaming with sadistic satisfaction. "You think you can threaten me with your family? You disgust me," he spat.
Yuvraj then proceeded with another cruel punishment, ensuring Bhadra's pain was prolonged and excruciating. He ordered the bodyguards to bring a whip, and with each lash, Bhadra's screams grew louder, echoing off the basement walls. The bodyguards stood by, impassive, having seen such brutality before.
Eventually, Bhadra's body went limp, and he lost consciousness. Yuvraj turned to his bodyguards, his face a mask of calm once more. "Take him to the hospital," he ordered. "Once he's recovered, bring him back to the basement."
Akshay smirked, knowing Yuvraj wouldn't let his enemies off easily. He leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, watching the scene with a detached interest. Advait, trying to lighten the mood, made a feeble joke, but Yuvraj's angry glare silenced him. He pretended to take a call, saying, "I’m coming," but Yuvraj saw through his ruse.
"Hold him," Yuvraj commanded his bodyguards, as Advait tried to escape. Advait gulped, knowing there was no way out.
"So, Mr. Chauhan, where do you think you're going?" Yuvraj asked, a smirk playing on his lips.
"I have an important meeting," Advait stammered.
"It's okay. I'll handle it. You have more important work here," Yuvraj replied, his smirk widening. "You need to clean this basement. Get ready."
