A/N: I made a mistake and fixed it. I don't particularly remember the raven haired girl's name but i changed it to Ye-ji since Yun-seok is the 'bodyguard' of Ri-an.

It was the next day at Jooshin High and Jae-I had gotten an envelope with Kang Ha's personal information, feeling something was off. She took a look over the paper carefully before something seemed to click.

When Kang Ha walked into his class, his desk was littered with flowers and his framed picture. A sign of his death that was to come.

Suyin had just arrived, risking her being locked out of her tech class to check up on Kang Ha's state and saw the scene.

Even though Kang Ha's picture was there, he saw Kang In-han's smiling face in the frame.

With a monotone expression, he admitted. "All of you are worse than I thought."

Ye-ji smirked. "Huh? I didn't know ghosts could talk."

"Why did you even bother coming?" Yun-sok seemed excited."You're getting expelled today."

Ba-da scoffed. "I can't believe it. A scholarship breaking into an elite's room?"

"Even worse, harrassing her?" Ye-ji faked a gawk. "The audacity."

"I thought you were a puppy dog but you're a total stalker and a sicko." Ba-da frowned.

Kang Ha clenched his fists, every part of his plan falling apart in front of him, the last piece depending on if he gets expelled or just a punishment. But taking their words into consideration, it was probably the former.

"He's such a creep." Yun-seok groaned out.

"Hey, how much did we beg on him?" Yun-seok only cared for the money.

"I think it was five million won." Ba-da thought of it.

"Don't remember." Ye-ji dismissed.

"It was ten million!" Yun-seok didn't forget.

~~With Ri-an~~

He-ra was walking in the halls and saw the King of the school. "Hey, Ri-an.  You heded to the disciplinary hearing as well?"

"Let's do it." Ri-an placed his hands in his pocket. "The thing."

"What do you mean?"He-ra seemed confused.

"Your fake relationship idea." Ri-an reminds her. "Let's do it."

He-ra smirked, following behind Ri-an as he begun heading for the hearing.

~~With Suyin~~

"Jae-I." Suyin had just arrived at the lounge room for the elites, spotting the Queen of the school. "Jae-I, they're getting him expelled." She walked to stand in front of the unmoving girl. "You have to do something."

"I will." Jae-I placed down the envelope she was previously looking at. "But tell me. Do you love him or are you just using him to get on Ri-an's nerves?"

"I think it's the other way around with him on the last question but yes." Suyin fiddled with her fingers, fixing her glasses that started to slip down.

Jae-I hummed. "I'll help but only because I won't stand by and let another soul go down in Jooshin's name. And I need answers." She stood up and fixed her uniform.

Suyin knew that was not the case but was grateful nonetheless. "Thank you."

Jae-I nodded and began wallking to the doors. "Let's go save your boyfriend."

Suyin couldn't even deny it sometimes.

~~At the hearing~~

"I'm sure you're aware of why you've been asked here, Mr. Kang Ha." A board member spoke up first. "You've been accused of entering Ms. Jang Suyin's room without permission during a school retreat and was reported to be harrassing her. Do you deny this charge?"

Kang Ha kept his gaze straight forward, looking more dull as moments passed. That was what Ji Soo had noticed and felt a bit of guilt. But she was sure the class president told him the rules and he disobeyed.

"There's no need for any questions." The principal denied. "I witnessed him there myself."

"The harra..." The board member asked and got a nod. "Oh..."

"At least try to explain how it happened, Kang Ha." Ji Soo encouraged him to speak up.

"And if I did?" Kang Ha turned his head slowly to look at her. "Would anyone believe a word I said."

"This is Jooshin, Kang Ha. We demand the utmost standard of behavior from our students. More than any other school in Korea." The principal stated, getting his attention. "And a student who refuses to show any shred of remorse cannot hope to be given a second chance."

"In accordance with Article 12 of the Jooshin High School regulations, tainting the school's honor and disorderly behavior," The man looked at Kang Ha to see he was still poker faced. "We intend to expell Kang Ha from his second year, class two."

The door was slammed open, slamming shut behind the two who stormed in.

"He wasn't trespassing." Jae-I stood in front of the board. "I gave him the key to her room and she invited him in."

"Jae-I." The principal said softly, thinking she was forced to do it.

"He was just bringing over something i asked for." Suyin's voice was a little quiet but they heard it regardless. "That is the only reason he was there."

"So, if you need to punish someone, then punish us." Jae-I finished before grabbing Ha's jacket sleeve and pulling him up. "Come on."

Suyin walked behind them and had closed the door when they were out, stopping when Ri-an came into the scene with He-ra.

"I don't believe this." Ri-an stared at the three. "I came here to personally ask the committee to punish him for what he did to you." He looked at Suyin with furrowed brows before looking at Jae-I's grip on Ha's arm. "What are you doing?"

Jae-I turned to leave again but he repeated his question in a more demanding tone.

Jae-I seemed to think before sighing. "From now on, you leave Kang Ha alone."

"What?"

"And before you ask, I'm not using him. Neither is Suyin or Kang Ha to us." Jae-I brough her hand down to hold Ha's,  making him look comfused. "I admire him, all right? And Suyin likes him so that makes him in my circle."

Kang Ha looked at Suyin who thought the plant looked extra interesting today.

"You lay a hand on him, or her, you answer to me, alright?" Jae-I turned to walk again.

"Stop." Ri-an didn't let up. "This is Jooshin, Jung Jae-I, Jang Suyin.  Don't start something you can't handle."

"We don't care where we are." Suyin spoke up, rocking on her heels childishly.

"I'm still Jung Jae-I,  Kim Ri-an." Jae-I had a ghost of a smile for a split second.

"And I'm still Jang Suyin. Keep my name out of your mouth." Suyin frowned at him before dragging Kang Ha out, Jae-I matching her pace.

Leaving Ri-an heartbroken.

They walked for a while until the sun started to set and they were standing on the lawn.

Jae-I looked at Kang Ha's wrist and saw the bracelet an old friend of her used to wear, causing her suspicions to grow.

"I should've dealt with it myself. But because of what you just did for me, people are going to turn on you." Kang Ha frowned at the two.

"Kang Ha." Jae-I cut him off, making Suyin look at her. "Why did you really come to this school?"

This ensued a stand off between the two with Suyin standing to the side a bit confused on what Jae-I was implying.

"So I guess, you know who I am?" Kang Ha didn't hold a smile or a frown, lips in a thin line, Jae-I the same.
