PERSONALITY ╱
Rowan is best described as a kid who loves animals. He's fascinated by them and loves watching them. This causes him to be empathetic, kind, and open-minded, always willing to learn about others and try to understand them. He doesn't judge others quickly, and is willing to help others no matter who they are or what they've done.
Despite this, he isn't actually that good with making friends and doesn't get along with everyone. He can be a bit awkward around other people. He isn't usually the one to start conversations and is more quiet, but if you get him to open up and talk about things he's interested in, he'll ramble on about it without realizing it. He's more passive and timid, making him easy to bully. He doesn't really stand up for his friends or himself much.
Rowan believes that a life is a life, and no life is more important than any other. He doesn't like killing even bugs if he can help it, because their lives are lives too, just like a human's. He hates it when some people will hurt or kill animals for fun, and wants to protect them, but he also doesn't want to confront other people.
He's curious and observant, and can learn a lot by just watching. However, he doesn't do the best in his classes because he gets distracted easily, and finds the topics he doesn't enjoy incredibly boring. When he's learning about something he's not that interested in, his mind will start wandering to other things. He doesn't care that much about classes that he doesn't like but expects himself to do really good in the classes he does like.

BRIEF HISTORY ╱
Rowan was born to Evelyn and Colton Adler. His father was a sorcerer, while his mother was a mundane who only learned of the sorcerer world when she married a sorcerer. He has a younger sister called Hazel.
Rowan loved nature from when he was little. He befriended a squirrel in a park near his house by giving it food, and would sometimes watch the ducks at the same park. He named them nature related names so he could keep track of who was who and their personalities.
