IT SEEMED THE INVASION AT MIKADO MIDDLE SCHOOL HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ACCORDING TO REPORTS FROM THE NEWS STAFF. Kiara had a very good instinct as to who had maybe taken care of the situation. She considered her options, either Border had most likely swooped in to handle the business like light work or whatever. Or Yuma had conveniently been there to stop the situation. She could weigh it at that. One thing that was for sure was that this attack was way too targeted, especially since before the earlier ones had been near the Border building. She stopped to think for a moment looking at the bridge, the sun was setting as evening began to take place. She didn't realize how fast time seemed to be nowadays. Leaning against the railing, basking in the view. And it was quite beautiful. For a moment a memory of a certain place with a more transcending one filled her vision. The area of stars moving up while the sun went to sleep, laying on the grass while watching the clear view. Kiara closes her eyes, what she would do to experience that kind of moment she felt years ago.
"Oh." She opens them and turns her head only to meet the pursed lips of one Yuma Kuga. From the corner of her vision she could also see Osamu and another girl who was unfamiliar to her. Yuma casually waved. "Hello, you're not going to jump in the water are you?" As blunt with his words as ever and without realizing. It caused the glasses boy to be embarrassed from behind him.
"Oi Yuma! You c-c-can't just say it like that." And that caused a look of confusion from his friend who turned to look back at him.
"Why?" He pointed at Kiara as if his words were obvious. "She was leaning against that thing. It seemed obvious she was going to." Osamu pinched his nose in frustration.
"No..."
As the other girl was there, Kiara just gave the boy a discreet annoyed look but said with a light tone. "A person can't sight see anymore?" With that Yuma seemed more confused.
"What's sight see?" Kiara actually was about to respond until the other girl who was also clearly annoyed, spoke.
"I'm sorry but we are already pressed for time as it is," She said seriously glaring at Yuma. Then gave Kiara a slight smile but she could tell it was an impatient one. "I'm sorry that we disturbed you. But I just want to let you know you should tread lightly today." Kiara nods.
"Because of the attacks right?" Kiara answered simply and the other girl nodded. "I will keep that in mind, it gave me quite a scare!" Osamu was still perplexed at the different way Kiara would act towards some strangers, perfecting a cheery persona. He wondered if it was a way to throw people off. It definitely did with him.
"Uh..." He cleared his throat. "Is everything alright? Ishioka-senpai?" It was unexpected and to others may have been just a random question. Kiara blinked for a few seconds before smiling at him.
"Why of course!" Osamu sweatdropped at that. She's nice to me right now.
But then he remembered Ai Kitora was currently there.
Speaking of which, said girl was kind of confused as to why Kiara wasn't fangirling at her at the moment. Due to being on tv numerous times even without the costume the girl should have recognized her face. But she was just met with a smile from the older girl.
"Well then." Kitora cleared her throat. "I'm glad you know. As we Border, stated on the news today." She had tried to give a hint but Kiara just gave her a simple nod. That caused the fifteen year old girl to deflate slightly. Before yelling on the inside.
SERIOUSLY? NOT EVEN A CLICK OF A MEMORY YET?!
Everything shifted all of a sudden when an alarm broke out. Quickly Ai cursed to herself. "Shit!"
