As Tony walked back into the room with a glass of water for Pete, he was surprised to find Percy and Peter laughing together, like old friends. Well, that they were. But he thought after so many years they luke have at least a bit of trouble bouncing back, right? Apparently not. He almost felt as if he was intruding, but it was his compound.
"Oh, sorry Tony, guess I took your chair." Percy stood up but Tony waved him back down as he handed Peter the glass of water back.
"Mr. Stark, did you know all this crazy stuff about Percy? He could be a real asset to the team! I mean, he's got actual godliness in his veins! Shoot, is that a word? Is that disrespect to say you're godly? Well... half god I guess, y'know what I'm just gonna stop talking I'm sorry it's just so cool!"
"Tall about cool? You're fucking Spider-Man! An actual Avenger! Annabeth used to RAVE about this team, she would have loved to meet you. Either one of you, actually. And shit Tony I'm sorry am I supposed to be calling you Mr. Stark? Are you really that kind of old man?" Percy laughed, but Tony glared back down at the both of them before bursting into laughter as well.
"Nah, it's fine. And I'm not old! I'm only old when people call me 'Mr. Stark.'"
"Oh then I understand why Peter's throwing that name around, Mr. Stark"
"Hey, watch it. I'm letting you stay here for free, kid. Now, I'm gonna get you some water before you break my sink trying to get it yourself, you look like you're about to die of thirst over there."
The three of them broke into laughter as Tony continued to bully Peter about his planned sayings as he sneaked through the door.
