It was finally Sunday, and after what felt like an eternity, we were all set to hang out together again. The group chat had been spamming all week with excitement, and I was so excited to see everyone, especially the walker. The plan was to have a chill relaxing day at the park. However, due to the popularity of all of us, we decided it would be best if we just stayed in my gated community and went to a park there. We brought some games and lots of snacks.
Sunny and I arrived at the park early, setting up a picnic area with blankets and a cooler full of snacks. The sun was shining, and the temperature was perfect. As I was arranging everything, I noticed a familiar face approaching. Walker appeared, his trademark grin lighting up his face. "Hey, Lola!" he called out, waving. "Oh, Hey Sunny!" he said after he realized Sunny was also early.
