The final act-12.07.2024

Let my days pass away,
Let the memories take flight,
Let the tears fall on your cheeks
When you stand over my grave,
Spilling words like the most heartwarming poem,
Lies slipping out of your mouth,
Pretending you loved me
After my days are done,
And life has ended,
Acting as if you truly put your heart out for me, Making me drown in my misery,
Putting on a show, making everyone believe I should be grateful for all the mistreatment I endured,
The agony I had to bear after you walked into a life like mine.
You ruined the dreams I once cherished.
A life that ended in endless hopelessness, Feeling powerless knowing you drained the last of my energy,
Letting go of a life that had a chance to end more gently,
As you ended it for me.
