We were looking at each other
Right into eyes of one another
Just few minutes
Eye contact that we held
We felt as if we were reading each other's story
Every unknown detail felt strangely familiar
Gentle smiles we exchanged, exposing our spark
Within next minutes you left
I could swear to everybody it was just a second
However still enough for you to leave
Your place was taken by someone else
Someone new
Their eyes have a spark, yet still not even slightly similar to the one I found in your eyes
I couldn't exchange smiles with them
Even though you were gone
It didn't feel right
To start all over again
With somebody else
With someone new
