If one falls, I fall too.

It was a new morning, Cheesy gently fixed his small pastel green bow tie. He grinned at himself in the mirror, finger gunning to himself. He grabbed the hair brush that was on his sink counter. Cheesy slowly, yet skillfully, brushed his slight curly hair. His hair was somewhat blonde, more like a dirty blonde. He was already in his ice cream outfit, gathering his ice cream beanie and keys, and walking out the door.

The ice cream truck would usually stay in the park, it always did. Cheesy didn't own the van, but it surely felt like he did. He's been working on the same job for a few shifts now, not a single person was there... he never knew why. The ice cream truck was always locked when it was closed, it would be secured. Cheesy would always be the one to close it, since no other worker was around him.

Cheesy walked on the sidewalk, checking both sides of the road before crossing towards the park. He walked towards the truck, unlocking the truck door. He walked in, closing the door behind him. He opened the windows, standing up with a bright smile on his face.

Cheesy looked around, he was surprised when no kid was around. The opening would always have at least someone approaching the truck. He frowned slightly, placing his beanie on the counter. Cheesy hummed to himself, waiting for anyone, just anyone to come to him. The day wasn't even a nice day, it was just... cloudy, sorta warm. But he didn't see how cloudiness could be a problem, people would still come even on a cloudy day. Cheesy just didn't understand the loneliness of the park, it was never like this before!

He looked behind himself, looking at the calendar. It was Saturday. Why would no one come on a Saturday? Saturday was the best day! It has always been the best day of the week. And no one's here? Cheesy furrowed his eyebrows, he took the red marker on the counter, crossing out the day today. He was considering ending his shift already, no one was here, no one was around.

He began to close the ice cream truck until someone finally came up.

It was a girl. She wore headphones, and beaded necklaces and bracelets. Her headphones looked quite expensive, they were colored in a dark blue with silver outlining. Her beaded jewelry was bright and colorful, almost seemingly to match her personality or style. She had multiple spiked bracelets, two on her left and one on her right.

The girl walked towards the ice cream truck, giving Cheesy a small smile, "Is this van still open?" She asked.

Cheesy looked back at his calendar, closing the calendar for her not to view, "Yeah! Sorry, I was... uhm, just getting set up." He said.

The girl's eyebrow raised, "You opened up recently? Isn't this van always here?"

Cheesy nodded, "The van is always here, but this isn't actually my van. This is just.. A company's van." He shrugged, "I'm not always in the van, but I am whenever I need to be."

The girl hummed, "Alright, can I have some mint chocolate ice cream with chocolate dressing?" She ordered gently, pointing at the flavor she wanted.

Cheesy smiled, "Cup or cone?"

"Cone, and make it a waffle cone."

Cheesy nodded, grabbing a waffle cone and scooping up some ice cream. He squished the ice cream inside the cone, just so there isn't any empty space inside. He grabbed the chocolate syrup and lazily drizzled the syrup on the ice cream. He handed the cone to the girl, "That'll be six dollars and fifty cents please."
