The crowd cheers madly as Amir Roy, also known as Lil Biggie, steps on the stage.

"How y'all doing tonight?" he asks on the microphone. The answer gets lost among shouts of excitement.

The Bowie Ballroom in Manhattan is packed for the boy's first concert for his new album, but not everyone is here for the music. Many just want to take a closer look at the superpowered celebrity, who was once the sidekick of one of the world's greatest heroes. Literally. Lil Biggie's mentor, Gargantuan, was known to reach sizes as big as three hundred feet.

After what happened to Gargantuan and the rest of the Omega Responders—including your own mentor—LB surprised everyone by revealing his secret identity and announcing his intentions of taking a break from "all that superhero stuff" to focus on his musical career.

Reactions varied, of course, and people argued that the world needed heroes more than ever. But Amir's surprisingly charismatic new persona, along with his intention of directing all income from ticket and record sales to charitable institutions, soon steered public opinion in his favor.

The confident and heavily tattooed figure you see now—wearing a carmine hoodie, black denim pants, stylish sneakers, and a golden pendant in the form of his pseudonym's initials—contrasts starkly with the awkward and insecure sidekick you remember from the early Omega Responders team-ups, almost to the point of appearing fake. But the smile on his face as he interacts with the fans seems genuine, even if the shiny new grill on his teeth isn't. Plus, you have to admit you have never seen Amir so happy.

So, yeah. Some are here for the music; others, for the former teenage superhero.

But what about you?

I came to show him my support.
I'm here to meet another former sidekick, Flit.
I'm here for a gig using my powers for special effects on the stage.
I'm here undercover for PARENTS—the superpower regulatory agency—to keep an eye on Lil Biggie.
