When Felix came to, he quickly realized his head felt foggy.

He tried to clear his mind, raising his head and blinking rapidly before bringing a fist up to rub his eyes.

Attempting to turn over, he found a grip at his waist, keeping him in place. Felix nearly panicked until he recognized his mates' scents, realizing they were the reason his head felt so foggy.

He looked to the other side, his jaw dropping at the sight before him.

On the couch facing him lay Changbin, body half dangling and close to falling over. Right behind him was Jisung, lying parallel in the opposite direction, his head on the headrest.

On the other couch adjoining the first, lay Hyunjin, his neck craned awkwardly, while Minho beside him was sprawled upside down, making Felix wince. Minho would surely wake up with a backache.

Felix craned his neck further, finding Jeongin lying on the ground, the alpha's back facing him.Felix frowned before glancing to the other side and gasping aloud.

Had the grip around him been even a tad bit looser, he was sure he'd have fallen on his back. At the moment, his face was just inches away from Seungmin's, the alpha lying on his side, holding onto Felix tightly enough to keep him from falling.

Felix took a deep breath, wanting to be coherent just in case, as he looked up and further ahead, only to find Chan lying halfway over the opposite headrest, his hands resting on the omega's calves.

Felix sighed, letting his head rest back down as he wondered what had brought them to sleep here the previous night.

It was comfortable, he wasn't going to lie—but they weren't, and he knew they'd feel it the moment they woke up with aching bodies.

Memories from the previous night began to click back in, and Felix was almost embarrassed that he could go so incoherent just because of a full meal. But then he remembered the energy potion.

He should have taken it after the meal. He clicked his tongue, sighing and curling closer to Seungmin.

Today was the day, the only day he'd be their mate without the mating marks. The next day marked the beginning of a new life.

Felix couldn't help but go over everything he had to do today, the major task being his final fitting with Miss Yada.

Felix shuddered at the thought of being alone with her for around an hour. He wasn't sure if he could manage that.

Considering it was the final fitting, his mates couldn't see the outfit until the ceremony, so of course, he was going to be alone.

Sighing to himself and mentally planning to consume two more energy vials, Felix suddenly remembered he hadn't even washed his face before falling asleep the previous day.

Heavens, it must have smudged by now, and he surely smelled bad.

Realizing this, the omega wondered whether he ought to get up and dash for a quick shower before the others woke up. But for that, he'd have to slide out of Seungmin's grip, which seemed almost impossible at the moment.

Felix glanced up at Seungmin's face, raising a hand and waving it in front of the male's eyes until he was sure the alpha was in a deep slumber.

To add to it, he flushed out more of his scent, just as Yeonjun had taught him, focusing on his scent glands and how it was perceived by each of them.

He visibly saw Seungmin relaxing and looked over his shoulder to see the same effect on the others.

His ears grew red, seeing the effect his scent had on his mates, even when they were fast asleep. But what mattered more at the moment was getting up and checking if the concealer from the day before had smudged and whether his freckles were still light. He couldn't let them see if that was the case.

Felix fumbled in his spot, realizing Seungmin's grip had considerably loosened. Slowly beginning to move, he carefully got onto his back in the available space, held Seungmin's arm with both hands and carefully lifted it just enough so the alpha wouldn't budge.

Once able to slide down onto the carpet, Felix picked up two cushions lying on the ground and placed them vertically in his spot, crawling backward and glancing at each of them.
