POV-SATORU GOJO

Nobara sighed. "Uh, this is what I get to work with. Just my luck," she said, dropping her head down in defeat as Yuji and Megumi stood in front of the girl, annoyed. "Are we going somewhere from here?" Megumi asked, changing the subject, and I chuckled amusedly. "Well, we do have all three of you together. And since two of you kids are from the countryside, that means we're going to Tokyo!" I said enthusiastically. "Huh!?" "Tokyo?!" Nobara and Yuji exclaimed with me while Megumi stood with his eyebrow cocked, suspicion clear in his eyes. He knew me too well, and the kid knew I was up to something and was nervous. Yuji and Nobara hugged me with happy praises, and I basked in their happiness until they both started asking a shit ton of questions.

As we settled down, I cleared my throat to silence the group. "If everyone can quiet down for a moment, I have an exciting announcement to make about our destination," I said with a cheerful smile, reaching out to gently close Yuji and Nobara's mouths with my hands. The room fell into a hushed stillness as both Yuji and Nobara looked at me in surprise. Megumi exasperatedly rubbed the back of his head and replied, "All right. where are we going?" With his arms crossed and a raised eyebrow, Megumi's demeanor conveyed annoyance and suspicion. As we stood in the bustling streets of Tokyo, I excitedly exclaimed, "Roppongi!" Megumi frowned at my words, but Yuji and Nobara couldn't contain their joy. They screamed with excitement, jumping up and down and clapping their hands. "Ro-pp-on-gi!" they exclaimed simultaneously, exchanging looks of pure thrill. I nudge Megumi a little signal to not give away any sign that something is off. I would laugh so hard when they realized we were there to hunt curses.

We stood before the desolate building, its eerie presence palpable as if a malevolent force emanated from within its walls. An ominous aura enveloped the structure, visible only to those attuned to the supernatural like a shroud of darkness veiling the entire edifice. As Nobara and Yuji examined the surroundings, piecing together the puzzle, Megumi calmly observed and delivered his verdict with an expressionless face. "There's a curse entrenched here," he declared matter-of-factly, prompting me to casually slip my hand into my pocket with a faint, knowing smile. As the truth sinks in, the expressions on Nobari's and Yuji's faces transform. With a scoff, Nobari places both hands on her waist and tilts her head to the side. "Wait a minute!" she exclaims. "Ohhhh," Yuji yells, shoving his hand into his face. It becomes evident that they have both fallen victim to a clever trick.

Yuji and Nobara exchanged a quick, knowing glance before simultaneously pointing accusing fingers at me, their voices rising in unison as they accused, "Liar! Liar!"

I quickly raised my arms in defense, attempting to ward off their accusations. "Now, now, you two," I interjected. "But did you honestly believe I would go through all the trouble of organizing a thrilling trip to Tokyo for you? I am your teacher, after all. We have to cover some material before we indulge in fun outings."

"This is not Roppongi," Yuji moaned, while Nobara loudly lamented, "This feels like a cruel joke on us country folk."

Megumi chimed in, "So, this is why we are here."As they slowly lowered their hands, a silent air of contemplation enveloped us. I gently patted them on the head, commending their growing understanding of the task. "Our objective is to thoroughly search the interior of the building and pinpoint the source of the curse," I explained, slipping my hands into my pockets before facing the daunting structure. "There's a big cemetery nearby. That, plus an abandoned building, and you've got a curse." I said, perhaps a little too eagerly, earning a groan from Yuji and Nobara.
