He finished his last words firmly, making Charles smile and reply, "Although you're not in a position to make demands, you're doing it anyway," ending his words with a suppressed laugh.
In the end, Carlos ordered Lando's gang to come and meet with Charles's gang. He informed them about the alliance, as if all his gang members agreed, given the importance of saving their leader above all else.
