kokichi's pov:

I sat back in silence and scratched my head in awkwardness, Shuichi noticed but he decided to ask me. Jeez.. "Kokichi are you okay? You seem quiet." Shuichi asked as his smile faded away from his face.

I fixed my posture and sat up straight facing him "Huh? Oh yeah, I'm okay.. just not comfortable enough and it's quite awkward, you know?" I said as I answered his question trying not to sound rude.

"Oh.. I understand, not everyone is comfortable in my place for the first time, I get it." Shuichi said as he smiled softly but not looking like he's happy, he's faking his smile? Why..?

"You look upset.. what's wrong?" I said as I scooched closer to him as I put my hand on his face close to his cheeks but at the very end.

I could feel Shuichis heart racing as our bodies touched, I didn't notice but looked into his eyes. He blushed at seemed at a loss of words.

He sat there looking into my eyes widen in shock, I looked around and noticed my hand on his face and removed it, our thighs still attached to eachother.

"sorry.." I mumbled sounding embarrassed and flushed, I was so flustered.. what did I just do... I hope he doesn't find me weird..

Shuichi sat there as he tilted his face away from me and smiled but a bit of a flushed expression of his smile, I really hope I didn't do anything wrong.

I quickly had to say something before it gets too awkward which I don't want. "So.. why did you seem sad?" I asked with a bit of confidence and concern.

Shuichi turned to me, "I- oh.. sorry about that, it was nothing" Shuichi said, I didn't believe him and became upset, I probably did something wrong.. I didn't mean what I did...

Shuichi put his hand on mine and held it, "Kokichi, you don't need to worry..! You did nothing wrong, I was just a little upset that you weren't comfortable and I was stupid for thinking that.. I understand that you weren't comfortable to stay here at my place.. I'm sorry if I made you think the other way around..!!" Shuichi said as he gripped his hand on mine and squeezing it gently.

I blushed as I saw his hand on mine, I didn't wanna remove because I kinda liked his warmth, Wait! What am I saying!? I dont like him...!! do I?..

I got lost into space and just looked at Shuichi's hand on mine, I couldn't even look at him since I was thinking different but I also didn't wanna upset Shuichi.

"Oh.. okay, I see. Sorry if I made you a little upset." I said as I put on a smile without looking at him. "Kokichi... look at me." Shuichi grabbed mychin gently and faced my face towards his, our faces inches apart.

"I-" I was about to say something before Shuichi cut me off, "Kokichi, look.. I'm sorry, I.." Shuichi said but he didn't finish his sentence.

I was blushing, my eyes tire and face rested, Shuichi took his hand off my chin and I blushed like crazy covering my face with my hands.

Oh my.. did he just- did he just... almost kiss me? Man.. that would've been a dream... Wait no! It wouldn't be a dream..!
