Castle? Think of it as more worn out I suppose :P
As the days continued, it was hard to believe that three weeks had already passed. At the end of the day, you and Moon would make your way to the old tree where Dream lingered. You would help Moon say what he wanted to tell his brother since you weren't sure if Dream could hear Moon. It was uncertain whether Dream could listen to Moon's words, given that he existed as a ghost, or if Dream could hear at all. It's not like you could tell...there aren't any alive people here to tell. You are really grateful that Moon is here with you, or else it would be hecking lonely here.
You had become skilled in utilizing your teleportation, shadow blending, and other abilities. You did try to shift back to your human form again, but it just wouldn't work. God damnit!
Just 2 days ago, it started raining here. Your thoughts on your weakness to water were proven to be true! Holy shit, it hurt like hell. The pain was excruciating as if each raindrop was a drop of acid burning through your skin...uh, goop?...bones...? That's fine, you suppose. It revealed that Moon is capable of experiencing the same pain as you, except the pain would be lighter than yours. Yayyyy...he wasn't all that happy for this discovery.
You and Moon also realized he couldn't stray too far from you, as he would get dragged alongside you. It was hilarious to witness him unwillingly being pulled along with you when he didn't want to follow.

It has been 8 weeks since you've became trapped in this body, nearly two months now. You don't mind it anymore. You were starting to get used to everything.
Lately, you've been attempting to open portals to another Au, hoping to explore new ones. However, it wasn't as easy as your other powers. Moon couldn't really help since he had never opened portals before..

"Ugh...! How is anyone supposed to know this without help...?!" You groaned in annoyance, frustration evident in your voice. You and Moon were currently in a clearing of the forest.
"Come on, Y/n, you can do it!" Moon encouraged you as he watched a squirrel run up a tree. "It might be like teleporting. Maybe try thinking of a place?" Moon said, floating back to you. You were sitting on the plain dirt, tired from trying so much.
You sighed and looked at him. "Thanks for the encouragement, Moon...but I don't even know which place I'm supposed to go to..." Moon's smile turned sheepish as he acknowledged your point. He gracefully lowered himself to the ground to sit beside you.
"What about...concentrating your magic, and imagine a portal go boom! In front of you?" Moon's smile was a bit childish, though it was expected. How old is he...? Like- 6 or 7 years old? It's really adorable if you were being honest.
As you sat there, you felt a gentle hum coursing through you. Taking a moment to collect your thoughts, you inhaled deeply and shut your eyes. You let yourself concentrate on your magic, just like what Moon said. You imagined a portal appearing in front of you. Something like a black hole? Wait no- that wouldn't be good...don't think of that!
You suddenly heard Moon let out an excited squeal. You quickly opened your eyes to see a happy Moon and a swirling portal. You gasped with wonder and stood up with a chuckle.
"Oh, wow! It worked! You really are a lifesaver..." You said as you and Moon walked closer to the portal. You couldn't help but marvel while staring at it. You weren't really sure where you opened the portal to, but you walked in anyway. You were bored of staying in Dreamtale for so long.
