Jungkook sat in his room, eyes fixed on the laptop screen, heart pounding with every frame that unfolded before him.

The scene played out in agonizing detail: Taehyung, unaware of the camera's gaze, entered the apartment with a casual stride that belied the tension brewing inside. Annie, always so small and delicate beside him, appeared hesitant as she moved through the kitchen.

Then, the moment that clenched Jungkook's jaw and set his blood on fire, Taehyung's arms encircled Annie from behind.

The silence was deafening, yet Jungkook could almost feel the suffocating weight of the air between them.

Annie attempted to walk away from there but Taehyung's grip tightened, his fingers digging into her nape.

"What the hell, how's he treating her?" Jungkook muttered through gritted teeth, his fingers curling into fists of frustration.

His eyes never left the screen as Annie pushed back, surprising Taehyung with a sudden force that made Jungkook's heart leap with hope.

But then, the scene took a darker turn. Taehyung's anger erupted like a storm, slamming Annie against the kitchen counter with a force that made Jungkook wince.

"Is he trying to force her? What the fuck are you doing, hyung!" Jungkook's voice trembled with a mix of fear and anger as he struggled to make sense of what he was witnessing.

The camera's view obscured by Taehyung's back, Jungkook's panic intensified. He watched helplessly as Taehyung reached for something on the counter—a flash of metal that made Jungkook's breath catch in his throat.

"Is that a knife? No, no, no!" He gripped the edge of the laptop, his knuckles turning white with dread. He couldn't see what was he doing as his back was covering the camera but he could sense something was so damn wrong.

Then,Annie was gone, fleeing to safety and locking herself in a room.

Jungkook's mind raced, his thoughts a whirlwind of fear and urgency.

"Yes jk you called?" His manager's presence interrupted his frantic thoughts, the man's confusion evident as he entered the room.

"Jungkook, where are you going?" His manager's voice was tinged with concern, but Jungkook was beyond listening to reason.

"Arrange a flight, I'm leaving for Seoul right now," Jungkook demanded, his voice strained with urgency as he hastily prepared to leave.

"But Jungkook, you have commitments here," his manager protested, trying to reason with him.

"Fuck them! I need to leave now!" Jungkook's voice rose with impatience, his desperation palpable.

"There's no flight until tomorrow morning," the manager countered, hoping to buy time.

"Then charter a jet! I don't care, just do it!my girl needs me!" Jungkook snapped, his patience wearing thin as he counted down the minutes.

His manager hurried out of the room, leaving Jungkook to call Jimin, his voice shaky with fear.

"Hyung, please, you need to find her," Jungkook pleaded, barely able to keep his emotions in check.

"Something's wrong, I saw it on the cameras at Taehyung's place. Please, Jimin hyung, I'm begging you."

Jimin's confusion mirrored Jungkook's own. "Are you sure, Jungkook? Taehyung wouldn't..."

"I don't know what's happening, but I can't wait," Jungkook interrupted, his voice cracking with worry.

"Just find her, please."

As he hung up, Jungkook paced the room, his mind racing with worst-case scenarios.
