I saw him looking forlorn and sad but when he saw me he was surprised. His expression changed into amusement and it made me think what could possibly will be going on into his brain.
"Wow you just look like her. I never thought I can be seeing her face again so soon alive and well." He said astonishment clear in his voice. "I am just like her because she was my twin sister older by a minute or two but still she was my twin." I said dryly.
I have been meeting my brother in- law Liam for the first time and let me just say I am not impressed by him. He is broken utterly because my sister was the love of his life. I expected him to shed tears and cry but he was just like that indifferent to the world and me.
I saw his lips curled up in a smile not the good kind and It made me think whatever is going to come from his mouth will not be good. And I didn't knew how right I was then.
"Listen" He says trying to get my attention. "Yes what do you want?" I asked. "I want you to marry me and be my wife" I was taken aback. How could he say that. It had not been twenty four hour since my sister died and he proposed me to be his wife? How low can he get?
"Are you out of your mind? It is her funeral and you are trying to move on so soon from her? Don't you have any grievance or maybe a little sadness in that cold heart of yours?" I asked. "My heart and all of me always belong to her My Samara. And I am just asking you because the sake of my son."He said bitterly.
"He thinks you are his mother and I will do anything to keep him happy even if I have to marry Samara's twin sister in order to keep it that way. I cannot lose my child too" He spat. Oh so he wants me to be his wife so that he don't have to tell my nephew that his mother died."Not in any circumstances I will become your wife sir you are mistaken if you think you can ever manipulate me with this." I said getting up and turning around to leave.
"Not my wife you cannot take her place no one can. My replaced wife is all I want you to be" He said through gritted teeth.
